Our base is Wurtulla, a coastal suburb south-east of Buderim, in the same council area. We have no office on the mountain and do not claim one. The work happens over the phone, by email and in remote meetings, draft pages are reviewed together on a shared screen, and one person stays your contact until the site is live.
Being on the same coast matters more than being in the same street. A Buderim customer might live in Kuluin, work in Maroochydore and search from Mountain Creek, and we write your pages with that in mind. For a practice, a review can sit in a gap in the appointment book; a home-based owner can fit it around the rest of the day.

Often, yes. Essentials is $2,990 for five custom-designed pages, usually home, about, services and contact, which suits a sole trader or consultant with a short list of services.
If each service needs its own page, or you want keyword research and on-page SEO built in, Standard at $3,990 is the better fit. Either package can describe your service area without publishing your home address, and the Small Business Monthly Packs roll the website, hosting and maintenance into one monthly fee if that suits you better.
Is GST already in the package prices, or added when you invoice?
It is already in. All the prices shown here are Australian dollars with GST included, so Standard costs $3,990 in total rather than $3,990 plus GST, and your tax invoice shows the GST separately.

We make products at home in Buderim. Can the website sell them for us?
Yes, as a WooCommerce store from $4,990. Basic covers six pages, including the shop, cart and checkout, with card and PayPal payments and flat-rate shipping, which suits a maker posting orders from home.
Standard at $5,990 adds SEO, product filtering, customer accounts and advanced shipping rules, and Premium at $7,990 adds AI search optimisation, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and order tracking. Hosting, your domain and payment provider fees sit outside the build price, as our eCommerce pricing page explains.
We're opening new rooms in Buderim soon. Can the website be ready in time?
It can be, as long as the build starts a few weeks before the doors open. A first version is usually ready within one to three weeks of the project starting, and how quickly it is finished from there depends on your feedback, with three rounds of revisions included.
Give us the opening date in your enquiry and we'll tell you honestly whether the timing works.
Our practitioner bios and headshots aren't ready. Can the build start without them?
It can. Practitioner pages are designed around placeholder text and images first, so the layout is settled before bios and headshots arrive, and a short outline tells each practitioner what to write.

Can clients coming up from Maroochydore or Mooloolaba find, call and book us from a phone?
Yes. Every layout is checked at phone, tablet and desktop widths before launch, phone numbers are tap-to-call, and booking buttons and forms are easy to use on a small screen.
Your contact page can also carry a map link and written directions to your rooms or shop, which helps when someone is heading up the hill from the coast for the first time.
Most of our clients are referred. Does the site still need SEO?
Usually, yes. Referred clients still search your name and check the site before they call, and new ones search the service with Buderim or their own suburb, so the pages need to answer both.
Keyword research and on-page SEO come with Standard and Premium. Premium also includes AI search optimisation (GEO), which sets out your services and answers so AI search tools can read them; whether Google ranks you or an AI tool cites you is decided by those platforms, so we do not promise either. Our current site already comes up for our name. Will a redesign put that at risk?
It shouldn't, if the move is planned properly. We start from what already works: the pages people find you through, their web addresses, and the titles and descriptions Google shows for them.
Those are kept or redirected, so a search for your name or your service in Buderim still lands on the right page. Redesigns are quoted from the same three packages as a new site; the website redesign page explains the process.
Can you host and look after the site once it's live, or is that up to us?
Either works. You keep the admin login for small edits, such as a change to a practitioner's hours, or you can leave updates, backups and security to the Wurtulla team through our maintenance packages.
Our Sunshine Coast website hosting plans run on Australian servers and are managed by the people who built your site.
Does it matter that your team is at Wurtulla, not in Buderim?
Not for the build. Calls, email and remote meetings carry the project, and you see each draft on a shared screen without driving between the mountain and the coast.
