A redesign that keeps your business in view.

Start with what works, then improve the parts that hold the website back. We plan the content, design, connections and transition together, with your current website as the starting point.

  1. 01Understand the website you have

Review your current content, navigation and functions before deciding what to rebuild. We discuss what customers struggle to find, what your team needs to update and what the business needs next. Available analytics and search information can help identify useful pages and guide the agreed redesign scope.

  2. 02Design for your business today

Refresh page layouts, typography and imagery around your current services and brand. A clearer structure helps people find relevant information and a useful next step. We build the new design in a separate development environment so you can review the desktop and mobile layouts before the public site changes.

  3. 03Bring the right content and connections

Agree which pages to keep, rewrite, combine or retire. Retain useful web addresses where practical and map redirects for agreed changes. Forms, payments, online shops and booking tools are reviewed before they are reconnected or replaced, with access requirements and ongoing licences confirmed in the scope.

  4. 04Prepare the launch and handover

Check the approved content, links, forms, mobile layouts and integrations before publishing. The transition plan covers backups, agreed redirects and the key customer journeys to verify after launch. We hand over the new website with clear editing and support responsibilities. Search rankings and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

A website with more
than good looks.

Design gets their attention. Clear information and an easy next step help them decide what to do with it.

Keep useful search foundations

Plan content, relevant metadata and existing URLs before the redesign goes live. Retain useful addresses where practical and map agreed redirects, with no guarantee of unchanged rankings.

Make your expertise easier to understand

Clear service descriptions and helpful answers give people, search engines and AI tools a better account of your business. The content and search work are agreed in the redesign scope.

A clearer next step

Give calls, enquiries, purchases and bookings a logical place in the new design. We review the agreed customer journeys across desktop and mobile as part of the transition.

A website that follows the business forward.

NAK Office Interiors returned to DIGITALON as its business grew beyond online furniture sales into complete commercial office fitouts. The redesign brought its services, project work and fitout process to the front.

The online shop remained part of the website, while the new structure reflected the wider business. It is an example of using a redesign to clarify an evolving offer.

A clear plan

Practical answers about the website, scope and what happens after launch.

Ask us a question
When is it worth redesigning a website?

A redesign can be useful when your services or audience have changed, key information is hard to find, mobile layouts are difficult to use or the current software limits essential work. We review the problems first. Sometimes focused content, navigation or technical improvements will meet your needs without rebuilding the whole website.

How much do your website redesign services cost?

Cost depends on the page plan, design, existing content, software, integrations and migration requirements. A straightforward business redesign may fit our website design packages. Larger or more specialised projects receive a tailored quote. We confirm the build scope and any separate ongoing costs before work starts.

Can you redesign our website without losing Google rankings?

No agency can guarantee unchanged rankings. We review available search data, retain useful URLs where practical, plan redirects for agreed address changes and carry across relevant content and metadata. After launch we check the agreed technical signals and key pages. Search engines still decide how and when to reassess the website.

Will our current website stay live while you work?

We normally build the replacement in a separate development environment so you can review it before launch while the existing website remains available. The launch plan depends on hosting, DNS, integrations and any live orders or bookings. We agree a suitable transition and recovery approach rather than promising zero downtime for every project.

Can you keep our existing domain, content and branding?

Usually, yes. We assess the domain and hosting access, current pages, images and brand assets at the start. The proposal identifies what will be reused, rewritten or replaced and who supplies any new material. Content and images must have the necessary usage rights, and some existing layouts or plugins may need replacement.

Do you redesign websites built on other platforms?

We can assess a move from another platform to WordPress, which is the platform we build on. Export options, page layouts, forms, shop data and third-party connections vary by system. We confirm what can be transferred and what needs rebuilding before quoting, including any URL changes or migration limitations.

Can you add eCommerce or online booking during a redesign?

Yes, these can be included when agreed in the scope. Our eCommerce websites support online stores, while our booking website design combines service pages with a scheduling journey. We assess the required payments, customer accounts, software and data migration before confirming the build.

How long does a website redesign take?

Timing depends on the number of pages, content readiness, design feedback, integrations and migration work. A focused refresh is a different project from replacing a large shop or booking website. We agree milestones after reviewing the requirements, including your approval stages and the preparation needed for launch.

What do you check before the redesigned site launches?

Checks follow the agreed scope and include page layouts, mobile navigation, links, forms, images, metadata and the main customer journeys. We also review the planned redirects and indexing settings. Payments, bookings and notification flows need agreed test arrangements so checking a feature does not create unintended live transactions or messages.

Can our team edit the redesigned website?

Yes. We provide the agreed WordPress access and practical handover for everyday content changes. DIGITALON also offers Australian hosting and website maintenance packages if you want ongoing help with updates, backups and support. New features and work outside the maintenance arrangement are scoped separately.
