A selection of our website design work.

Website features that fit your bookings.

From choosing a service to receiving a confirmation, the website should make each step clear. We scope the pages, booking rules and supported connections around the way your business works.

  1. 01Services that guide the choice

Help visitors understand what to book before they choose a time. We connect service descriptions, durations, staff profiles and locations in a clear page structure. Consultants, wellness practices, studios and tutors each need a different journey, so the website starts with your services and the questions customers ask.

  2. 02Availability that fits your team

Bring your agreed services, staff schedules, breaks and days off into the booking setup. Where supported, we connect Google Calendar, Outlook or online meeting tools. Account access, licences and synchronisation behaviour are checked before a connection is included, so your team understands how availability will be managed.

  3. 03Payments and useful updates

Supported payments, deposits and booking messages can be configured around your agreed rules. We confirm payment timing, customer confirmations and staff notifications before the build. Provider accounts and transaction fees are separate; SMS setup and message credits are identified in the proposal when required.

  4. 04A manageable booking day

Give customers the rescheduling and cancellation options you allow, and show your team how to manage services and appointments. We plan the agreed customer and staff access together, then provide a practical handover. Complex rosters, shared resources, classes and recurring appointments are assessed against the tools selected for your project.

A website with more
than good looks.

Design gets their attention. Clear information and an easy next step help them decide what to do with it.

Built to be found

Useful service and location pages give customers a clear starting point. We agree the content, page structure and search setup as part of your booking website scope.

Clear answers, wherever they search

Explain your services, availability and booking process in useful page content. Structured information helps search and AI tools understand the business, without promising a ranking or recommendation.

An easier route to booking

Connect the service people are reading about to the right appointment journey. Clear availability, payment instructions and confirmations help them understand the next step.

Service information with a clear next step.

Our BodyWorx website project organised treatment information and practitioner profiles into a mobile-friendly WordPress site, with links through to online appointment booking.

It is an example of planning the public website around a service business’s appointment journey. Your project’s booking software, payment options and integrations are confirmed separately.

The website build.
The booking setup.
One clear scope.

We quote the full website after discussing your pages, services and booking requirements. Your proposal separates the build and implementation from ongoing software, hosting, maintenance and transaction costs.

Booking website
questions, answered.

Practical answers about the website, scope and what happens after launch.

Ask us a question
What is included in a booking website build?

The agreed project can include custom WordPress pages, service and staff information, a booking journey, appointment rules, selected integrations and admin training. We scope the website and scheduling configuration together. The number of pages, services, staff, locations and any migration requirements are confirmed in your proposal.

How is this different from your appointment-booking system?

This service covers a complete website designed around taking bookings. Our separate appointment-booking system covers installing and customising Amelia on a suitable WordPress site. Its advertised setup fee and monthly plans do not include a complete new website. We can quote both parts together when you need them.

How much does a booking website cost?

We provide a tailored quote based on the website pages, design, booking rules, integrations and content or data migration. A full website build has a different scope from adding a booking plugin to an existing site. The proposal separates once-off work from recurring licences, hosting, maintenance, SMS usage and payment-provider fees.

Do you use Amelia, or can you connect our existing system?

Amelia is the WordPress booking system used in our advertised booking-product packages. We can assess an existing booking platform if you already use one. Its embed options, API access, licences, data handling and synchronisation rules determine what is practical. We confirm the connection before including it in the project.

Can customers pay a deposit or pay in full?

Yes, where the selected booking tools and payment provider support your requirements. Stripe card and deposit payments are available through our Premium booking-product setup. We agree the amount, timing and customer messages before configuring payments. Provider approval, transaction charges and any additional development are separate considerations.

Can we manage several staff members or locations?

Yes. We can configure the agreed services, staff and locations with their working hours, breaks and days off. Your team decides which services each person delivers and which locations customers can select. Shared resources, complex rosters and large imports need to be assessed as part of the project scope.

Can the website handle classes or recurring appointments?

We can scope class or session bookings and recurring appointments around the selected tools. The setup depends on capacity, timetables, cancellations, payments and any service packages. Recurring appointments are included in our Premium booking product; other class or event requirements are confirmed individually before development.

Will customers receive reminders and be able to reschedule?

Booking confirmations and agreed updates can be configured for customers and staff. Customer rescheduling or cancellation depends on the rules you allow and the selected customer-access tools. SMS notification setup is available in the Premium booking product, with message credits billed separately. We explain the communication arrangements during handover.

Will the booking website work on mobile and support SEO?

We design and check the public pages and agreed booking journey on desktop and mobile. Your scope defines the search work, including service-page structure, useful content and metadata. The design should make booking easy to find, but rankings, enquiries and appointment numbers depend on factors beyond the website build.

Can you redesign our current site and add booking?

Yes. We review the current site, content, hosting and booking tools before recommending what to retain or rebuild. Our website redesign service can include a new booking journey, with existing URLs, integrations and migration needs considered in the scope. You can also compare our website design packages.
