A selection of our website design work.
Build around the way your firm works.
The core website is built in WordPress. Appointment tools, practice-management connections and additional workflows are assessed against your systems and quoted within the agreed scope.
01Structured practice and people pages
Use a consistent layout for services and biographies while giving each page its own substance. Your team can update agreed text and images in WordPress. An article library or more extensive publishing workflow can be included in the scope if your firm has someone to maintain it.
02An enquiry form with a purpose
Choose the fields your intake team needs for an initial response, such as contact details, a broad matter category and preferred office. Add your approved instructions about what to submit. Document uploads and client portals need separate consideration of the system, access arrangements and handling process.
03Connections to existing tools
An existing appointment or client portal may need a clear link rather than a new integration. If information must pass into practice-management software, we first check the supported connection and required fields. Provider permissions, subscriptions and custom development are confirmed before the feature is included.
04A readable, usable experience
Clear headings, descriptive links and labelled forms help people navigate long service pages. We plan for mobile reading and keyboard use, with telephone and address details available as text. Any specific accessibility assessment or external certification requirement should be identified when the project is scoped.
A website with more
than good looks.
Design gets their attention. Clear information and an easy next step help them decide what to do with it.
Built to be found
A clear page structure, relevant content and a sound WordPress foundation. SEO setup starts with Standard, shaped around the services your customers search for.
Ready for the next search
GEO setup is included with Premium. Clear answers and structured information help search and AI tools understand your business, without promising a ranking or recommendation.
A clear next step
Calls, enquiry forms and supported booking connections belong where people need them. We plan each journey around the action your business wants a visitor to take.

Useful websites for lawyers make the firm easier to understand without expecting visitors to know legal terminology. Four parts of the journey deserve particular attention.
Find the relevant practice area
Organise services around the matters your firm actually handles, such as conveyancing, family law or commercial work. Each page can describe the service, who to contact and what an initial discussion involves. Keep examples specific enough to help a visitor choose a direction, with the detail reviewed by the relevant practitioner.
Know who they will meet
Give each lawyer a useful introduction: their role, areas of work, approved qualifications and a current photograph. Link profiles to relevant practice pages so visitors can move between the person and the service. Present credentials in the wording your firm supplies, without turning every biography into a list of unsupported distinctions.
Understand the first appointment
Explain whether the first step is a phone conversation, an appointment request or a meeting at your office. Include the consultation format and any fee information your firm chooses to publish. A request acknowledgement should explain the next step clearly, without suggesting that an appointment or engagement has already been confirmed.
Contact the appropriate office
Place office details, opening hours and enquiry options where they are easy to find on a phone. For multiple offices, identify which services and practitioners work at each location. Keep general enquiries brief and direct existing clients towards the contact route your firm prefers for correspondence about an active matter.

Law firm website design questions.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗What pages does a small law firm need?
Start with the services you want to explain, the people clients will meet and the contact journey. A compact site might use Home, About, Services, Our People and Contact. Individual practice areas, biographies and policy pages can increase that count. We agree the complete page list before recommending a package.
How much does law firm website design cost?
The page count and functionality determine the scope. Essentials covers 5 pages, Standard 10 and Premium 20; request current pricing through our website packages page. A directory of lawyers, substantial content migration or a connection to practice-management software needs its own assessment. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing SEO are separately scoped.
Who prepares and approves the legal content?
Your firm supplies the service details, practitioner information and any required notices. We can help organise that material into a clear website structure. Your nominated practitioners approve legal explanations, credentials and claims before publication. DIGITALON's role is website design and development; responsibility for the firm's legal content stays with your firm.
Can the website collect documents from prospective clients?
It can be considered, but it changes the brief. Tell us which documents are involved, who needs access and where they should be stored. We can assess a link to your existing approved portal or a separately scoped workflow. A basic contact form should not silently become your firm's document-management system.
Can clients book a consultation online?
Yes, where the chosen booking system supports your process. Some firms prefer to review an enquiry before offering an appointment; others publish selected times. We can scope either journey and distinguish a request from a confirmed booking. Tell us about practitioner calendars, appointment types and any payment step during planning.
Can you redesign our existing site without changing its address?
Yes. We review the existing pages, documents and contact routes before planning the replacement. Useful URLs can stay; changed URLs need an agreed redirect map. Identify articles and downloadable resources that must be retained. The migration scope should also cover forms, analytics and any links used in directories or email signatures.
Is search engine optimisation included?
SEO setup starts with Standard, and GEO setup starts with Premium. For a legal practice, the content work should reflect genuine practice areas and office locations, with clear relationships between service pages and lawyer profiles. Ongoing SEO is a separate service. Search positions and enquiry numbers are not guaranteed.
Can our staff keep lawyer profiles up to date?
Yes. Agreed page content is editable in WordPress, so routine biography, photograph and contact-detail changes can be handled by your team. Decide who will approve edits and maintain older articles. New layouts, additional functionality and continuing maintenance are separate from everyday content editing and can be scoped when needed.
