For custom projects, we agree the SEO work in your scope, including keyword research, page structure, metadata and on-page optimisation. In our standard website packages, SEO starts at Standard and AI search optimisation starts at Premium. Ongoing SEO services are available separately.

Yes. AI search optimisation, also called generative engine optimisation or GEO, can be included in a custom build. Clear service information, useful answers and accurate structured data help search systems understand your business. Visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI results is decided by those platforms and cannot be guaranteed.

We design responsive layouts and test the important journeys on mobile and desktop. Your team receives the agreed WordPress access and practical training for everyday updates. If you need a particular accessibility standard, tell us at the start so we can scope the design, content and testing around it.

We review existing pages, URLs and search information before planning a redesign. The agreed migration can retain useful addresses, map redirects for changed URLs and carry across relevant metadata and content. We test the replacement before launch, although search rankings can fluctuate after a redesign.

Yes. We offer Australian website hosting and website maintenance plans. We confirm the hosting, updates, backups and support arrangements before handover. New features and development outside your support plan can be quoted separately.
