Real websites. Designed by DIGITALON.
Choose the tools your coaching business needs.
The public website is built in WordPress. Booking, payments, courses and member areas are assessed separately against your offer and existing systems, with any additional costs included in the scope.
01Booking around your availability
Connect a supported scheduler or link to the booking tool you already use. Plan appointment types, time zones, session lengths and availability before adding the calendar. The journey should make clear whether someone has requested a conversation or secured a place, and where they find your cancellation information.
02Payments for defined offers
If you sell sessions or programs online, we can scope a checkout around the offer, payment provider and customer information you need. Confirm whether payments are one-off or recurring and what the buyer receives afterwards. Gateway fees, subscriptions and extra functionality are assessed before the build.
03Courses and member resources
A public program page can link to your existing learning platform. If you need courses or a resource area within the new site, we plan access, content organisation and enrolment as part of a separate scope. Decide who will upload lessons, manage members and answer access questions.
04Program details you can update
Use WordPress to edit agreed descriptions, photographs and program dates. We organise pages with clear headings and readable sections, so your content works on smaller screens too. A blog or larger resource library can be scoped where it supports a publishing plan you can maintain.

View the full portfolio ↗Explain the experience of working with you.
Useful coaching website design gives people enough detail to recognise a suitable service and approach the first conversation with realistic expectations.
Make the audience clear
Describe the people you work with and the situations they bring to coaching. A leader considering support for a team needs different information from someone seeking individual life coaching. Use examples drawn from your actual offer, and make the scope of your work clear so visitors can judge its relevance.
Show your approach and experience
Introduce yourself in language that sounds like you. Explain how you work, the experience behind your approach and any credentials you can substantiate. A current photograph and specific service information help visitors form a picture of the person they might meet. Use testimonials only with permission and accurate context.
Make programs easy to compare
Set out the format, duration, session frequency and what each program includes. State whether it runs online or in person, individually or as a group, and whether there are fixed start dates. If you publish fees, explain the offer clearly. Keep any claimed outcomes grounded in what you can support.
Offer a fitting first step
A discovery conversation, program application and paid session serve different purposes. Choose the appropriate action for each service and explain what follows it. Someone comparing options should be able to ask a question without first buying a program, while a returning client may need a direct route to book.

Questions about websites for coaches.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗Do you design sites for life, business and executive coaches?
Yes. The design brief starts with your audience and services. A life coach website may focus on your approach and individual programs, while a business or executive coaching site may also need information for organisational buyers. We establish those differences before choosing page layouts, calls to action and the content needed.
Do all my programs need to be ready before I start?
No. Start with the services you can describe and deliver now. We can plan space for future offers without publishing unfinished program details. For the initial build, agree which pages are included, the first action you want visitors to take and who will provide the information needed to complete those pages.
What content should I prepare for a coaching website?
Bring an introduction in your own voice, program details, photographs and any credentials you want to show. Explain your working approach and the boundaries of each service. If using testimonials or client stories, confirm permission and the wording you can publish. We can help arrange the material; you approve the final claims.
Can I keep my current booking or course platform?
Often, yes. Share the platform and the journey you want clients to follow. A clear link may be sufficient; an embedded calendar or deeper connection depends on what the provider supports. Keeping an existing member area can avoid moving course content unnecessarily. We confirm the approach and any additional work during scoping.
Can clients buy programs or memberships through the site?
Yes, with a separately scoped sales and access setup. A single paid workshop needs different functionality from an ongoing membership with recurring billing and protected content. We work through enrolment, payment confirmation, access and cancellation information with you. Provider subscriptions and transaction fees should be understood before choosing the tools.
Can you move my existing coaching website to WordPress?
Yes, subject to what your current platform can export. We first review the pages, images, articles and any customer or course systems involved. The agreed migration plan covers useful URLs, redirects and links to existing tools. Moving paid memberships or learning records requires a separate assessment of access and data-transfer options.
Will the website include SEO for my coaching services?
SEO setup is included from Standard, with GEO setup at Premium. We shape the content around the coaching you actually provide and the audience you serve. Individual service pages need enough substance to be useful. Ongoing SEO is a separate service, and search visibility or client bookings cannot be guaranteed.
Which website package suits a coaching business?
Essentials offers 5 pages, Standard 10 and Premium 20. Count your introduction, service or program pages, contact information and any other required pages before choosing. Booking systems, paid courses, memberships and custom integrations need separate scoping. Request current prices through our packages page; ongoing hosting and maintenance are separate services.
