What changes between Essentials, Standard and Premium is the number of pages and what is built into them: search engine optimisation, website maintenance, an image gallery, a testimonials slider and a firewall from Standard; AI search optimisation, online appointment booking, a blog or portfolio, a mega menu, analytics, spam protection, 1:1 training and visitor reports at Premium. Standard has two email accounts and Premium three.
Yes. All monthly prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Essentials is $249 per month, Standard is $299 and Premium is $399. GST is itemised on your tax invoice.
Yes. Every package has a 12-month minimum term. After the first year you can cancel at any time, without giving a reason. Once you cancel, we take the website down straight away.
Yes. Our website design packages are the same three websites for a one-off price: you pay for the build once and own the website outright. They do not include hosting, business email or maintenance; hosting and maintenance are then separate monthly plans.
No. The design, the hosting, the plugin and theme licences, the stock images, the backups and the monitoring are all in the monthly fee, so nothing is invoiced later for the website itself.
If you ask for something outside your package, such as extra pages or an integration, we quote it in writing before any work starts.
Standard, for most. At $299 a month it adds search engine optimisation, website maintenance and a second email account to ten pages, which is what a local business needs to be found, trusted and kept up to date. Essentials suits a new or simple business that needs a professional five-page website online quickly, and Premium is for growing businesses that take bookings online, publish and measure.

Yes. Every package includes business email on your own domain, so a website at mybusiness.com.au can have an address like hello@mybusiness.com.au: one account with Essentials, two with Standard and three with Premium.
From Standard, yes. Standard and Premium include ongoing website maintenance: we keep WordPress, its plugins and its security up to date, and make small content changes for you, such as a new phone number or an updated service description. Essentials includes the hosting, 24/7 monitoring and nightly backups; maintenance starts at Standard.
Yes, with Premium. It includes an online appointment booking system, so customers can book a time on your website instead of phoning, and you spend less time arranging appointments.
Standard and Premium are built search engine optimised: we do keyword research before design and target the terms that matter to your business, and that once-off on-page SEO is in the monthly fee. It can be added to Essentials. Premium also adds AI search optimisation, so ChatGPT and Gemini can read your site and recommend your business.
SEO is an ongoing process. In a competitive field, our ongoing SEO services take that work further, and our SEO packages set out the plans.
A website builder plan is also a monthly subscription, but for a template you build, write and maintain yourself. A DIGITALON small business website package is a custom-designed WordPress website built by specialists, with the hosting, business email, licences, stock images and backups included, and the maintenance as well from Standard, so your time goes into your business rather than your website.

After that first version we accept three rounds of revisions to structure and content, so your availability to give feedback sets the pace from there.
Yes. A redesign works on any of the three packages, and many of our projects are exactly that. Before the build we map the pages you already have, keep the web addresses that rank or redirect the ones that change, and carry across the content that already works, so the new site keeps what the old one earned in Google.
