Email may be supplied by a separate provider or bundled with your current host, so tell us how it is set up. We confirm the changes needed and any separately scoped email work before the move.

Will my website go offline during a hosting migration?

We plan the transfer and domain changes with you to reduce disruption. Timing depends on the existing host, DNS settings and the website’s features. For online stores or frequently updated sites, we agree on how to handle changes during the move. Any expected interruption is discussed before proceeding.

How often is my website backed up?

Basic includes weekly onsite backups. Standard includes nightly onsite and monthly offsite backups. Advanced includes onsite backups every 12 hours and weekly offsite backups. What is Redis caching, and which hosting plans include it?

Redis stores frequently used data in memory so WordPress can retrieve it without repeating some database work. It can help suitable websites handle repeated requests more efficiently. Redis caching is included with Advanced and Premium hosting. The benefit depends on the website and how its caching is configured.

Can I upgrade my hosting as my business grows?
