Standard is $25 per month with a $1,000 setup fee. Premium is $39 per month with a $1,000 setup fee. Premium adds recurring appointments, calendar and meeting connections, Stripe payments, coupons, service packages and SMS notification setup.
Standard includes the booking wizard, unlimited appointments, multiple services and categories, multiple locations and employees, work hours, breaks and days off, email notifications, calendar and list views, dashboard reporting, the Amelia software licence, implementation and one-to-one training.
Premium includes everything in Standard, plus recurring appointments, Google Calendar and Outlook sync, Zoom and Google Meet connections, Stripe card and deposit payments, discount coupons, service packages and SMS notification setup. SMS message credits are billed separately.
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Standard is $25 per month and Premium is $39 per month. The $1,000 setup fee for either package also includes GST. Any extra development, third-party charges or separately scoped work is additional.
Yes. The Amelia software licence and implementation are included in both advertised Digitalon packages. Your proposal confirms the selected package, setup scope and any separately billed third-party usage charges before work begins.
Yes. Premium includes configuration for Stripe card and deposit payments. A WooCommerce payment flow can also be scoped where it suits the website. Payment-provider accounts, transaction fees and work outside the advertised setup are separate.
Premium includes Google Calendar and Outlook calendar sync. We connect the account included in your agreed scope and test how appointments and availability move between the systems. Your calendar provider’s own account rules still apply.
Premium includes SMS notification setup. Amelia uses prepaid message credits, which are billed separately from the Digitalon package. Charges vary by destination and message length, so we help you configure suitable messages but do not describe the SMS usage itself as unlimited or included.
Yes. Recurring appointments are included in Premium. We configure the relevant services and recurrence options within the agreed setup, then test the customer booking path with you.
