Build an online store you can run yourself.
Once the store is live, someone has to add products, change prices and keep stock right, and it should not have to be a developer. DIGITALON builds WooCommerce stores your own team can run, for a one-off build price, with training in Standard and Premium.
The build ends. The running starts.
A store needs small changes every week: a new product, a price rise from a supplier, a line that has sold out, a sale for the long weekend. If each of those means emailing a developer and waiting, the store falls behind the business and it becomes easy to stop updating it. How easily you can run the store yourself matters as much as how it looks on launch day.
We build every store on WordPress and WooCommerce so that this routine work stays with you. Products, prices, sale dates, stock counts and coupons are edited in the WooCommerce dashboard, pages and wording in WordPress, and sales reports show what is selling. You get the administrator login, and Standard and Premium include one-to-one training on your own store.
Small changes, often.
Running a store is mostly routine edits, not new features.
- Add or update a product
- Change a price or a sale date
- Correct a stock count

No developer for routine work.
Each routine change should take minutes in the dashboard.
- Products and prices you can edit
- Bulk changes from a spreadsheet
- Reports on what is selling
What you can run yourself.
These are the routine jobs your team can do in the WooCommerce dashboard from day one, and the few that are worth handing back to us.
Products, photos and descriptions
Add a product with its photos, description, price, category and options, or copy an existing one and change what differs. Variations such as size or colour each carry their own price, stock and photo where you need them.
Prices, sales and coupons
Change a price in seconds, or set a sale price with start and end dates so it switches on and off by itself. Discount coupons for a percentage, a fixed amount or free shipping come with Standard.
Stock counts and low-stock alerts
Turn on stock management and WooCommerce counts down with every order, hides or marks items that sell out, and emails you when a line falls below the level you set, so reordering starts before the shelf is empty.
Bulk edits and spreadsheets
Change the price, stock or category of many products at once with bulk edit, or export the catalogue to a spreadsheet, update it and import it again with WooCommerce's built-in CSV tools. Large first-time imports are quoted at scoping.
Reports on what sells
WooCommerce's analytics show revenue, orders, top products and categories over any date range, and Standard adds Google Analytics to show where visitors come from. Both help decide what to stock, promote or drop.
What to hand back to us
New features, layout changes, integrations and anything that touches code are better quoted than attempted live. Updates, backups and security can sit with our maintenance packages, and some plans include content updates too.

Hosting, your domain, your payment provider’s transaction fees and ongoing maintenance are separate. The page counts are website pages, not a product limit: catalogue size, product imports, migrations and custom integrations are agreed and quoted before work starts. Compare every inclusion and the optional features on eCommerce pricing, or see website design packages if you do not need a shop.
Your store, your hosting, your login.
Every DIGITALON store is a custom WordPress and WooCommerce build. WooCommerce is free and open source, takes no commission on your sales and runs on hosting you choose, with the administrator login yours from day one.
The shop and the pages that bring shoppers to it live in one WordPress site, edited the same way. You can run it yourself, or hand the updates to the team that built it.
No platform commission
Your payment provider charges its transaction fee. WooCommerce itself takes no percentage of your sales and has no monthly platform fee.
Hosting you choose
Keep your own host, or use our managed WordPress hosting, sized for the catalogue and the traffic you expect.
Care after launch
Our maintenance packages cover plugin and WooCommerce updates, backups, security checks and support.
One Australian team
The people who scope, design and build the store are the people who answer your questions, from Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast.
From brief to first order.
A basic store usually takes two to three weeks. Extra features and integrations add time, and we tell you how much before we begin.
Scope and price
We agree the pages, catalogue, features and search work, then confirm the package, any extras and the payment stages in writing.
Design
You see the design and sign it off before the build starts, while changing a layout is still quick.
Build and test
Products, payments, shipping and tax are set up in WooCommerce, then tested with real orders on a phone and a desktop.
Launch and hand over
We go live and hand over your administrator login. Standard and Premium include one-to-one training on your own store.

I was very impressed as they were very responsive and helpful as I was a newbie. Good communication with Sabrina who took the time to explain all the process and gave some tips.
Running your online store.
Editing, sales, stock, reports, training, price and support.
Ask us about your store ↗How much does it cost to build an online store we can manage ourselves?
Every package hands over the administrator login: Basic is $4,990 (6 pages), Standard $5,990 (10 pages) and Premium $7,990 (20 pages), as a one-off build price. Standard and Premium add one-to-one training on your own store; large product imports and custom features are quoted before work starts.
Compare the packages on our eCommerce pricing page.
Is GST included in your online store prices?
Yes. The three build prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, shown on your invoice. Hosting, your domain, payment provider fees and any maintenance plan are separate.
Can we add products and change prices without a developer?
Yes. Products, photos, descriptions, prices and categories are all edited in the WooCommerce dashboard, and a new product can start as a copy of an existing one. Standard and Premium include one-to-one training on your own store, so your team learns the routine on real products.
How do we run a sale or a discount code?
Set a sale price with start and end dates on any product and it switches on and off by itself. Discount coupons for a percentage, a fixed amount or free shipping come with Standard, and rule-based offers such as buy three and pay less are a quoted add-on.
Will the store tell us when stock is running low?
Yes. With stock management on, WooCommerce reduces the count with each order, emails you when a product reaches the low-stock level you set, and can hide sold-out items or mark them out of stock. Stock that must match a point-of-sale system is a quoted integration.
Which reports show what is selling?
WooCommerce's analytics show revenue, orders, products, categories, coupons and stock over any date range, and the reports can be downloaded. Standard adds Google Analytics, which shows how visitors find the store and which pages they view before buying.
What should we leave to a developer?
New features, layout changes, integrations, and updates that could affect checkout. We quote changes before doing them, and our maintenance packages cover WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin updates, nightly backups and monitoring, with content updates included in some plans.
Which package suits an owner who wants to run the store in-house?
Standard suits most: customer accounts, product filters and categories, discount coupons, advanced shipping rules, PDF invoices and packing slips, Google Analytics, SEO and one-to-one training. Premium adds live search, product compare, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay, order tracking, CRM integration and AI search optimisation (GEO). Basic suits owners already comfortable with WordPress, since one-to-one training comes with Standard and Premium.
How long until the store is built and our team is trained?
A basic store usually takes two to three weeks, and training happens at handover, on your own store with your real products. A large catalogue, imported product data or an integration adds time, and we agree the schedule with the price before work starts.
Will our own edits affect how the store shows in Google?
They can help. Product names, descriptions and categories written the way customers search give the store more to rank on; Standard and Premium set this up with keyword and category research and on-page SEO, and Premium adds AI search optimisation (GEO). Ongoing SEO after launch is a separate service, and no position can be promised.
Let's build a store you can run.
Tell us what you sell, who will look after the store and how comfortable they are with WordPress. We will recommend a package, plan training around your real products and confirm the price in writing. The whole team is at Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast, and we work with businesses Australia-wide.
