Web design Gold Coast from Coomera to Coolangatta.
DIGITALON designs and builds WordPress websites for Gold Coast businesses, from Southport offices and Broadbeach restaurants to trades in the northern suburbs and shops near the border. The team behind them works from Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast, and every price is fixed in writing before the project starts.
Say which end of the coast.
The Gold Coast runs as a long strip of suburbs from Coomera and Pimpama in the north, through Southport, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, down to Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach and Coolangatta on the New South Wales border. Few customers cross the whole of it for a café, a trade or an appointment, so most search for a business near their own end.
Near the border it gets more complicated. Coolangatta and Tweed Heads run together as one town, but in summer New South Wales moves to daylight saving and Queensland does not, so a booking at ten can mean two different hours. A Gold Coast website has to say plainly where you work, which suburbs you reach and which state's time your hours are in.
Close by, and open when?
Residents look for someone who already works in their suburb; visitors look for something nearby they can book today. Both scan the results for a location and hours they can trust.
- Their suburb or end of the coast
- Opening hours they can rely on
- A booking they can make now
SITE
Show your stretch of coast.
Clear service areas, booking times that name the right state and a quick way to call turn a long page of search results into a short list with you on it.
- Suburbs you cover, north to south
- Times stated plainly in summer
- Bookings and enquiries in one tap
What every DIGITALON website includes.
The same Australian team designs, builds, hosts and supports the site, so nothing in the list below is quoted again later.
Designed for your business, not a theme
Every page is designed from scratch in WordPress around what you sell and who buys it. You are not picking a template and hoping your content fits it.
Built to be found
Clean structure, fast pages, sensible headings and metadata come as standard. Keyword research and on-page SEO are included from Standard, and AI search optimisation at Premium.
Readable on the phone first
Most local searches happen on a phone. Layouts, menus, forms and buttons are checked at desktop, tablet and phone widths before the site goes live.
Yours to edit
You get the admin login, a site you can update yourself and 1:1 training at Premium. If you would rather not touch it, our maintenance packages cover the updates for you.
Hosted and supported in Australia
Australian cloud hosting, SSL, nightly backups and a support team you can reach by phone or email, with no offshore help desk in between.
Gold Coast websites, priced before you start.
Five pages suit a single service, ten give a business room to cover each part of the coast it works in, and twenty suit a larger operator with several services, venues or a news page to keep fresh.

Wurtulla, where we work, is on the Sunshine Coast, on the far side of Brisbane from the Gold Coast. There is no Gold Coast office and no Gold Coast surcharge: you pay the same fixed prices as a Sunshine Coast business, and one person handles your project over calls, email and online meetings.
That suits businesses whose weekends and school holidays are spoken for. Draft reviews happen on a shared screen in a quiet hour you choose, and you fill in the local detail, such as which suburbs send good work, what visitors ask before they book and how far north or south you will travel, before each page is approved.
One contact, north end to the borderTimes that name the state
If you take bookings from Tweed Heads or further into New South Wales, your hours and booking times can say Queensland time, so summer appointments don't go astray.
North, central or south
Service-area pages name the suburbs you actually reach, from the northern growth suburbs to the southern beaches, instead of claiming the whole coast.
Changes for the busy weeks
Specials, events and booking changes can be updated from your own admin login, so the site keeps pace with long weekends and school holidays.
Light rail and parking
For shops and clinics along the light rail, the location page can name the nearest stop and where to park, so visitors arrive without ringing first.
We deliver. You celebrate.
A website build runs on a short, predictable path. Most sites take one to three weeks to a first version, then move at the pace of your feedback.
Talk it through
We ask what the business does, who you want to reach and what the website has to achieve.
Agree the plan
You get a fixed price, a page map and a content outline, with placeholders where you need them.
Design and build
We design the pages, build them in WordPress and check them at every screen size.
Review and launch
Three rounds of revisions on structure and content, then launch, training and support.
Finished websites from our team.
These are websites our team designed and built. They are examples of completed work, not a promise of the same result for every business.

What attracted us to DIGITALON is their promise to make sites that work. They absolutely delivered on this.
Gold Coast website design questions.
Prices, GST, time zones, bookings and support, for businesses from the northern suburbs to the border.
Ask us about your website ↗We work from Coomera down to Burleigh. How many pages does that need?
Usually ten, which is Standard at $3,990: home, about and contact, a page for each main service, and a few service-area pages that group the northern, central and southern suburbs you cover. Because Standard comes with keyword research and on-page SEO, those area pages can use the suburb names people really type.
A business that works in one part of the coast can start on Essentials, five pages for $2,990, and a larger operator with many services or venues may need Premium, twenty pages for $4,990. The full comparison is on website design pricing.
Our business is registered across the border in Tweed Heads. Does that change the price or the GST?
No. GST is a national tax, so it is the same whichever side of the border your business is registered on, and it is already included in every price: $2,990, $3,990 or $4,990 in Australian dollars, with the GST itemised on your tax invoice.
That figure is the whole build. Hosting and maintenance are optional monthly extras for businesses that want us to run the site.
We sell skincare and wellness products Australia-wide from the Gold Coast. Which store package fits?
Standard, at $5,990, usually suits a national product range: ten pages, SEO, customer accounts with order history, product categories and filters, discount coupons and advanced shipping rules. A small range can launch on Basic, six pages for $4,990, which accepts card and PayPal and charges flat-rate postage.
Premium, at $7,990, layers on Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, live product search, product compare and order tracking. Expect hosting, the domain, payment-gateway fees and maintenance to be billed apart from the build; compare all three on eCommerce pricing.
Our display home opens in a new northern estate soon. Can the website be ready for opening day?
Usually, if the project starts once your plans, inclusions and photos or renders are available. The first version normally lands one to two weeks after kick-off, later if the site needs more features, and the three revision rounds after it go as fast as you can review.
Placeholders can hold the gallery until the finished photos arrive, so the opening date doesn't have to wait for the photographer.
Our best photos and captions are on Instagram. Can the website use them?
Yes, they are your own content. Photos and wording that already work can be reused on the pages, and every package includes links to your social media. Our content outline lists what each page needs, so the gaps are obvious and you can fill them in your own words.
We build and look after the website; posting and running your social accounts stays with you.
Many of our customers are visitors who don't know the coast. How does the site help them find us on a phone?
With a location page written for strangers: the suburb and street, a map, the nearest landmark or light rail stop, parking and opening hours, plus call and directions buttons that work with one tap. Each layout gets checked on phone, tablet and desktop screens before it goes live.
For a visitor standing in Surfers Paradise or Coolangatta, that is often the difference between finding you and settling for the first place they see.
Will a site for a Coolangatta business show up for people searching from Tweed Heads?
It can be built to. Keyword research, included from Standard, shows how people on both sides of the border search for your service, and on-page SEO names the places you really serve, such as Coolangatta, Tweed Heads and the suburbs between, in headings, page titles and descriptions.
Premium's AI search optimisation (GEO) gives AI answer tools a clean, structured account of where you work on both sides of the border. Neither Google nor any AI tool takes instructions from us, so no position or mention is promised; our SEO packages cover ongoing work.
Our site was built for one Gold Coast location and we now have three. Can a redesign fix that?
Yes. A website redesign gives each location its own page in the same design, keeps the web addresses that already bring enquiries and redirects any that change, so existing links still work.
A straightforward redesign may fit one of the website packages; a larger rebuild with bookings or other systems is quoted to scope before work starts.
Our current host is overseas. Can you move the site to Australian hosting?
Yes. Our Australian WordPress hosting runs on servers in Australia, and moving an existing WordPress site is included with the Standard, Advanced and Premium hosting plans once we have reviewed it and agreed the transfer with you.
After the move, our maintenance packages can take care of updates, backups and security, and support calls reach the team on the Sunshine Coast.
You're on the Sunshine Coast and we're on the Gold Coast. How does the project run?
By phone, email and online meetings, with one contact on our Wurtulla team for the whole project. We don't have a Gold Coast office; drafts are shared on screen, so you can see each page and point to what should change.
Choose a time on our contact page; the portfolio shows finished sites if you'd like examples before the first call.
