Web design Coffs Harbour for the Coffs Coast.
DIGITALON designs and builds WordPress websites for Coffs Harbour businesses, from blueberry growers and harbour tour operators to trades, clinics and shops between Woolgoolga and Sawtell. The team works from Wurtulla on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, and each price is set in writing before we start.
From the jetty to the farms.
Coffs Harbour sits on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, where the Great Dividing Range comes close to the sea. The old timber jetty, Muttonbird Island and the Solitary Islands Marine Park draw visitors to the harbour, while the slopes behind the city, once known for bananas, are now lined with blueberry farms and packing sheds.
Businesses here sell to very different people. A grower needs wholesale buyers and pickers for the season, a dive or whale-watching operator needs visitors who book ahead, and a builder or clinic needs customers from Woolgoolga down to Sawtell. A Coffs Harbour website has to make it obvious which of them each page is for.
Is this page meant for me?
Buyers, pickers, visitors and locals each search for something different, and each decides quickly whether a site was written for them.
- Wholesale, jobs, trips or services
- Which towns on the coast you cover
- A clear way to get in touch
SITE
Give each reader a door.
Separate pages for each audience, written in their terms, take people straight to the order, application, booking or call they came for.
- A page per audience or service
- Season and availability notes
- Forms that work on a phone
What every DIGITALON website includes.
The same Australian team designs, builds, hosts and supports the site, so nothing in the list below is quoted again later.
Designed for your business, not a theme
Every page is designed from scratch in WordPress around what you sell and who buys it. You are not picking a template and hoping your content fits it.
Built to be found
Clean structure, fast pages, sensible headings and metadata come as standard. Keyword research and on-page SEO are included from Standard, and AI search optimisation at Premium.
Readable on the phone first
Most local searches happen on a phone. Layouts, menus, forms and buttons are checked at desktop, tablet and phone widths before the site goes live.
Yours to edit
You get the admin login, a site you can update yourself and 1:1 training at Premium. If you would rather not touch it, our maintenance packages cover the updates for you.
Hosted and supported in Australia
Australian cloud hosting, SSL, nightly backups and a support team you can reach by phone or email, with no offshore help desk in between.
Coffs Harbour websites, priced in advance.
Five pages suit one service with one audience; ten give a farm, operator or trade room for buyers, workers, visitors and each service; twenty suit a business with several sites, product lines or a regular news page.

We work from Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast, over the border in Queensland, and we have no office in Coffs Harbour. Your project is handled by phone, email and online meeting with one contact on our team, and in summer we book calls in New South Wales time, which runs an hour ahead of ours.
That suits growers and operators whose year is set by the season. Reviews can wait until picking or whale season eases, and you supply the detail only you know, such as which buyers you sell to, when work is available and what visitors ask before booking, before any page is approved.
Planned around your seasonSeasons you can update
Picking dates, tour seasons and availability notes are yours to edit from the admin login as the year turns.
Buyers and workers apart
Wholesale buyers, job seekers and visitors each get a page written for them, so nobody reads the wrong information.
Towns named properly
If you travel, the site names the towns you cover, such as Woolgoolga, Sawtell and Bellingen, instead of claiming the whole coast.
Applications that arrive tidy
A jobs form asks for availability, accommodation needs and contact details, so seasonal applications come in ready to sort.
We deliver. You celebrate.
A website build runs on a short, predictable path. Most sites take one to three weeks to a first version, then move at the pace of your feedback.
Talk it through
We ask what the business does, who you want to reach and what the website has to achieve.
Agree the plan
You get a fixed price, a page map and a content outline, with placeholders where you need them.
Design and build
We design the pages, build them in WordPress and check them at every screen size.
Review and launch
Three rounds of revisions on structure and content, then launch, training and support.

Coffs Harbour web design questions.
Prices, GST, seasons, workers and support, for businesses across the Coffs Coast.
Ask us about your website ↗We're a builder working from Woolgoolga down to Sawtell. How many pages does our website need?
Around ten, which is Standard at $3,990: home, about and contact, a page for each kind of work, such as new homes, extensions and decks, a page on the towns you cover and a gallery of finished projects. With Standard you also get keyword research and on-page SEO, which shape those pages around the way local homeowners search.
A smaller trade can start on Essentials, five pages for $2,990, and a builder with several divisions or a project journal may need Premium, twenty pages for $4,990. All three are laid out on website design pricing.
Are your prices quoted with GST included, or is it added on top?
Included. Each package price, $2,990, $3,990 or $4,990, is in Australian dollars with GST already counted, and the invoice sets out the GST amount for your records.
Because GST is a national tax, it makes no difference that we are in Queensland and you are in New South Wales; the figure you see is the figure you pay for the build.
Our farm gate shop sells jams, sauces and dried fruit. Can we sell them online too?
Yes. Basic, at $4,990, is a six-page WooCommerce shop taking card and PayPal payments with one postage rate, which suits a small range. Standard, at $5,990, adds categories and filters, customer accounts, coupons and advanced shipping rules, and Premium, at $7,990, adds Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay and a postage calculator.
Collection from the farm gate isn't part of a package and is scoped first, as are hosting, the domain, payment fees and maintenance, which sit outside the build price. Compare the stores on eCommerce pricing.
We're moving our cafe from the jetty to the city centre. Can the new site be ready for the reopening?
Yes, if we start a few weeks before the move. The first version usually needs one to two weeks once we are under way, more for a site with extra functions, and three revision rounds follow at whatever pace you can manage while packing up.
The new address, map and opening hours can be prepared in draft and switched on the day the doors open, so nobody turns up at the old spot.
Our farm looks different every season. Which photos should we send?
Whatever shows the farm at its best, and the content outline tells you what each page needs: rows in fruit, the packing shed, the team and the product close up. Placeholders hold any gap, and royalty-free stock images are included for pages where you have nothing suitable.
Seasonal photos can be swapped from your own admin login later, so the site can follow the farm through the year.
Seasonal pickers will apply on their phones. Can the jobs page handle that?
Yes. The jobs page is laid out for a small screen first, with plain wording, a short form and the key facts, such as start dates, pay arrangements and accommodation, near the top. Before launch it is tried at phone, tablet and desktop sizes.
If many applicants read another language, a multilingual version can be scoped and quoted first; the packages are built in English.
Will wholesale buyers looking for blueberry growers find our site?
It can be built for them. Keyword research, included from Standard, shows the terms buyers and packers use, and on-page SEO places your varieties, season and region in titles, headings and descriptions, with a wholesale page that states what you supply.
With Premium, AI search optimisation (GEO) helps AI assistants describe what you grow and where. Google and AI tools make their own choices, so we never promise a position; ongoing work sits with our SEO packages.
Our site was built when we grew bananas, and now we grow blueberries. Can a redesign refocus it?
Yes. A website redesign can rebuild the site around what you grow now, keep the farm story and any pages that still bring visitors, and redirect the old banana pages to the closest current ones, so existing links don't break.
The price depends on how much of the site changes; you have it in writing before work starts, and a smaller refocus may sit within a website package.
Our current site slows to a crawl on busy holiday weekends. Would your hosting help?
Often, and we check before promising anything. A review shows whether the hosting, the plugins or oversized images are the cause, and our Australian WordPress hosting plans are matched to the resources a site needs, with 24/7 monitoring and backups.
After that, our maintenance packages keep WordPress and plugins up to date so the site stays in good order.
We're in New South Wales and you're in Queensland. How does the project actually run?
Through one contact on our Wurtulla team, from the first call to launch. We talk by phone, email and online meeting and put drafts up on a shared screen. We have no Coffs Harbour office, and in summer we book calls in your time.
Choose a time on our contact page; if you want examples first, the portfolio shows finished sites.
