Stunning eCommerce websites tell the brand's story.
A product grid shows what a store sells; the story around it shows why anyone should buy from this one. DIGITALON designs and builds WooCommerce stores on the Sunshine Coast with pages that carry the brand as well as the range.
Products are not the whole story.
Plenty of stores sell similar products at similar prices. What stays with a shopper is the brand behind them: who makes the pieces, where they come from, why the range exists and how it feels to receive an order. A stunning eCommerce website puts that story where shoppers meet it, on the home page, the collection pages and the about page, without slowing the path to checkout.
We design the story pages with the same care as the shop: real photographs of the people and places behind the brand, collection pages that open with a short introduction, and a consistent voice from the home page to the order email. Claims about materials, sourcing or values go in only where you can show them.

Where the brand story lives in a store.
Six places to tell the story, each one linked to the products it is about.
A home page with a viewpoint
Open with what the brand believes or does differently, in one line and one strong image, then lead straight to the range. A home page that only repeats the menu leaves shoppers to work out why this store matters.
An about page with real people
Show the founders, makers or buyers by name and in their own setting. Real photographs of the workshop, the studio or the farm say more than any adjective, and no competitor has the same ones.
How it's made, where it's from
If the range is handmade, locally made or sourced in a particular way, show the process step by step. State materials, origins and certifications only as you can support them; vague claims of quality or sustainability undo the trust the page is building.
Collections that start with an idea
Give each collection two or three sentences about the idea behind it, the season or the occasion, then the products. It turns a filtered list into something worth browsing and gives the page words of its own.
Packaging and unboxing, shown
The parcel is the first thing a customer touches. If the packaging, the note inside or the wrapping is part of the brand, photograph it and show it on product pages and in the story, so shoppers know what the order will feel like to receive.
One voice from home page to inbox
Keep the same tone in headlines, product descriptions, policy pages and the order emails WooCommerce sends. Order emails set up with your logo, colours and wording carry the brand past checkout and into the customer's inbox.

- Your CRM integrated
Hosting, your domain, your payment provider’s transaction fees and ongoing maintenance are separate. The page counts are website pages, not a product limit: catalogue size, product imports, migrations and custom integrations are agreed and quoted before work starts. Compare every inclusion and the optional features on eCommerce pricing, or see website design packages if you do not need a shop.
Your store, your hosting, your login.
Every DIGITALON store is a custom WordPress and WooCommerce build. WooCommerce is free and open source, takes no commission on your sales and runs on hosting you choose, with the administrator login yours from day one.
The shop and the pages that bring shoppers to it live in one WordPress site, edited the same way. You can run it yourself, or hand the updates to the team that built it.
No platform commission
Your payment provider charges its transaction fee. WooCommerce itself takes no percentage of your sales and has no monthly platform fee.
Hosting you choose
Keep your own host, or use our managed WordPress hosting, sized for the catalogue and the traffic you expect.
Care after launch
Our maintenance packages cover plugin and WooCommerce updates, backups, security checks and support.
One Australian team
The people who scope, design and build the store are the people who answer your questions, from Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast.
From brief to first order.
A basic store usually takes two to three weeks. Extra features and integrations add time, and we tell you how much before we begin.
Scope and price
We agree the pages, catalogue, features and search work, then confirm the package, any extras and the payment stages in writing.
Design
You see the design and sign it off before the build starts, while changing a layout is still quick.
Build and test
Products, payments, shipping and tax are set up in WooCommerce, then tested with real orders on a phone and a desktop.
Launch and hand over
We go live and hand over your administrator login. Standard and Premium include one-to-one training on your own store.

I was very impressed as they were very responsive and helpful as I was a newbie. Good communication with Sabrina who took the time to explain all the process and gave some tips.
Questions about telling the brand's story.
Packages, GST, photos, claims, image speed, collections, order emails, timing, search and adding stories later.
Ask us about your store ↗Which package gives us room for story pages?
Standard, for most brands: its 10 website pages leave room for a story or process page and collection pages beside the shop pages. Basic's 6 pages cover home, about, contact, shop, cart and checkout; Premium's 20 pages add a blog, a mega menu and GEO. Compare them on eCommerce pricing.
Do story pages cost extra on top of the GST-inclusive price?
Not when they fit your package's page count. Every package is custom designed, and the prices of $4,990, $5,990 and $7,990 include GST. Pages beyond your package and any photography are agreed in the quote; hosting, your domain and payment provider fees are separate.
What photos does a brand story page need?
Real ones: the people behind the brand, the place the work happens, the materials and the process. Phone photos in good light can carry a first version, and a professional shoot is worth it once the story is settled. Stock photography adds little, because any competitor can use the same images.
Can we say our products are sustainable or ethically made?
Only as far as you can show it. Specific, checkable statements, such as the material, where it was made and any certification with its details, build more trust than general words like eco-friendly. The ACCC has published guidance on environmental claims, so story pages should stick to what you can support.
How do large story images stay quick to load?
They are resized for each screen, compressed and served in modern formats, and images further down the page load only as the shopper scrolls. Words stay as real text rather than lettering inside pictures, so they appear straight away and search engines can read them.
Should every collection have its own introduction?
Every collection worth visiting, yes: two or three sentences on the idea, the season or the occasion, written for shoppers rather than search engines. It gives a filtered list some context and gives the page its own words, so it can be found in its own right.
Can our order emails match the website?
Yes. WooCommerce's order emails can carry your logo, colours and wording, so the confirmation, the dispatch notice and the receipt sound like the rest of the store. We set them up during the build and test each one with real orders before launch.
Do story pages hold up the launch?
They need not. A basic store usually takes two to three weeks, and story pages add time mainly through their content. If the photos and words are ready when the design starts, the story pages are built alongside the shop; if not, the shop can launch first and the story pages follow.
Do story pages help a store's search visibility?
They can. An about or process page gives search engines and AI tools clear facts about who you are, and collection introductions give category pages their own words. SEO starts with Standard and GEO with Premium; neither promises a position, and ongoing work is in our SEO packages.
Can our team publish new stories ourselves?
Yes. The store is yours, with the administrator login, so you can add pages and update collection introductions, and Premium includes a blog for stories that keep coming. Our maintenance packages handle updates, backups and security, with eCommerce site updates in the Advanced and Premium levels.
Tell us the story behind the products.
Send us your current website, your products and what makes the brand different. Our team at Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast will suggest which story pages the store needs, recommend a package and give you a written quote before any design starts.
