How we work with Aura businesses.
DIGITALON is based at Wurtulla, on the coast north of Caloundra, so Aura is part of our own end of the Sunshine Coast. We do not have an Aura office. Projects usually run by phone, email and online meetings you can book from our contact page, and each draft is reviewed with you on a shared screen.
That suits a business that is still setting up. Reviews can fit around a fit-out, a school run or the first months of trading, and the designer and developer building your site are the people you talk to from the first call to launch.

Essentials ($2,990, five pages) suits a new business with one core service. Most service businesses start on Standard ($3,990, ten pages), which leaves room for each service and adds keyword research and on-page SEO. Premium ($4,990, twenty pages) adds a blog or portfolio you run, AI search optimisation and 1:1 training.
If you outgrow your package, extra pages are quoted in writing before we add them.
What does a website cost all up, including GST?
The package price is the total: $2,990, $3,990 or $4,990, one-off, in Australian dollars with GST included and itemised on the invoice. A 30% deposit starts the project and the balance is invoiced as it progresses.
Hosting and maintenance are optional monthly plans, or a Small Business Monthly Pack combines the website, hosting and maintenance in one payment. Full inclusions are on website design pricing.
We have not traded yet, so we have no reviews or photos. Can we still start?
Yes. We build with placeholder text and royalty-free stock images, and the content outline shows what each page needs, so the design is not held up while you set up the business.
Once you are trading, swap in photos of your premises, team and work, and add reviews as they come in. You can do that yourself in WordPress, or ask us to.
How far ahead of opening should we start the website?
Around a month is comfortable. Most sites reach a first version one to three weeks after the project starts, then three rounds of revisions follow at the pace of your feedback. Start once your business name and services are settled, and tell us your opening date so we can plan back from it.
Can we sell online from day one, or add a shop later?
Either, but if selling is part of the plan, starting with a store saves rebuilding later. Our WooCommerce stores are $4,990 for Basic (six pages including shop, cart and checkout), $5,990 for Standard (ten pages, with SEO and customer accounts) and $7,990 for Premium (twenty pages, with AI search optimisation). Most people will find us on their phones. What does that change?
Everything is checked at phone width before launch. The number is tap-to-call, the booking or enquiry button sits where a thumb reaches it, and the address links to a map, which helps in suburbs where many streets are still new to residents.
Will people searching ‘near me’ in Aura find a brand-new business?
The site gives them, and Google, clear facts to work with: the service, the suburbs you cover, your hours and how to book. Standard and Premium include keyword research and on-page SEO, and Premium adds AI search optimisation (GEO) so tools like ChatGPT and Gemini can describe what you do.
Nobody can promise a ranking or an AI mention. Near-me results also lean on your Google Business Profile, so keep its details the same as the site's. Ongoing work is our Sunshine Coast SEO service.
We are moving an existing business into Aura. Will our current website come with us?
Yes, if we plan the move. We keep the pages that already bring enquiries, redirect any web address that changes and update your address, map and service area across the site, so customers and Google follow you to the new location.
A website redesign is priced from the same three packages as a new site.
Who keeps the site secure and updated while we are busy setting up?
We can. Our maintenance packages cover WordPress and plugin updates, backups, security and support, and Sunshine Coast website hosting keeps the site on Australian servers with the same team. You keep the admin login for everyday changes.
How close is your team, and how do meetings work?
We are at Wurtulla, on the coast north of Caloundra. There is no DIGITALON Aura office; most projects run by phone and online meetings, with one contact from the first call to launch, and you can book a time through our contact page.
