Dealer website design for ATV and UTV dealerships.
Quad and side-by-side buyers compare new and used units, ask about trade-ins and finance, and come back for parts, gear and servicing. DIGITALON designs and builds WooCommerce websites for Australian ATV and UTV dealerships from Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast, at a price agreed before work starts.
Units sell by enquiry, parts by checkout.
A side-by-side is a considered purchase. The buyer compares units, asks what their trade-in is worth and how finance would work, and wants to see the machine in person, so the website's job is to start that conversation with the right details. Parts, accessories and riding gear are different: those can be bought online like anything else.
We build dealer websites that do both. New and used quads and side-by-sides get listings with photos, specifications and price, finishing with an enquiry form instead of a cart. Trade-in and finance enquiries reach the right person with the details they need, parts and riding gear sell through WooCommerce, and servicing has its own pages with a clear way to book.
Which unit, and how do I pay?
A big purchase starts with questions, so every listing should lead to the next step.
- New and used units with specs and price
- What my trade-in might be worth
- Finance options through the dealer
STORE
Enquiries for units, checkout for gear.
Units start a conversation; parts, accessories and gear can be paid for online.
- An enquiry form on every unit
- Trade-in and finance enquiry forms
- A parts and riding gear shop
What an ATV and UTV dealer website needs.
A dealership sells through enquiries, a checkout and the workshop at the same time, so each path is planned before the design.
New and used units, ready to enquire
Each unit gets photos, the specifications buyers compare and the price you set, finishing with an enquiry form instead of a cart, so the question arrives with the unit it is about. Used units add year, hours or kilometres and condition, and can be marked sold as they go.
Trade-ins and finance, as enquiries
A trade-in form asks for make, model, year, hours and condition, with photos, so your team can value it. A finance enquiry form collects what your finance team or provider needs to call back. The website quotes no rates, repayments or approvals, and finance wording comes from you and your provider.
Parts that list what they fit
Parts record the makes, models and years they fit as attributes, so a rider can filter to their own machine, with filters in Standard. A single make, model and year selector across the shop is quoted; our auto accessory store guide covers fitment data in more depth.
Accessories and riding gear
Roofs, windscreens, winches, trays and spray units can sit beside the units they suit, and helmets, boots, gloves and goggles sell in sizes, each with its own stock and a size chart. Accessories you fit in the workshop can say so and offer fitting as an enquiry.
Servicing and the workshop
Servicing, pre-delivery checks and repairs can each have a page with a clear way to book or call, and service kits, filters and oils can sell in the parts shop. An online booking system with time slots is scoped separately.
Every enquiry to the right person
Sales, finance, parts and service enquiries can each go to the right inbox, and Premium's CRM integration sends them straight into your CRM. A connection to your dealer management system is an integration, quoted to scope once we know what it supports.
eCommerce packages for ATV and UTV dealers.

Hosting, your domain, your payment provider’s transaction fees and ongoing maintenance are separate. The page counts are website pages, not a product limit: catalogue size, product imports, migrations and custom integrations are agreed and quoted before work starts. Compare every inclusion and the optional features on eCommerce pricing, or see website design packages if you do not need a shop.
Your store, your hosting, your login.
Every DIGITALON store is a custom WordPress and WooCommerce build. WooCommerce is free and open source, takes no commission on your sales and runs on hosting you choose, with the administrator login yours from day one.
The shop and the pages that bring shoppers to it live in one WordPress site, edited the same way. You can run it yourself, or hand the updates to the team that built it.
No platform commission
Your payment provider charges its transaction fee. WooCommerce itself takes no percentage of your sales and has no monthly platform fee.
Hosting you choose
Keep your own host, or use our managed WordPress hosting, sized for the catalogue and the traffic you expect.
Care after launch
Our maintenance packages cover plugin and WooCommerce updates, backups, security checks and support.
One Australian team
The people who scope, design and build the store are the people who answer your questions, from Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast.
From brief to first order.
A basic store usually takes two to three weeks. Extra features and integrations add time, and we tell you how much before we begin.
Scope and price
We agree the pages, catalogue, features and search work, then confirm the package, any extras and the payment stages in writing.
Design
You see the design and sign it off before the build starts, while changing a layout is still quick.
Build and test
Products, payments, shipping and tax are set up in WooCommerce, then tested with real orders on a phone and a desktop.
Launch and hand over
We go live and hand over your administrator login. Standard and Premium include one-to-one training on your own store.

I was very impressed as they were very responsive and helpful as I was a newbie. Good communication with Sabrina who took the time to explain all the process and gave some tips.
Dealer website questions.
Unit listings, trade-ins and finance, parts and gear, servicing, price and timing.
Ask us about your store ↗What does an ATV and UTV dealer website cost, including GST?
A custom WooCommerce website costs $4,990 for Basic (6 pages), $5,990 for Standard (10 pages) or $7,990 for Premium (20 pages), as a one-off build price in Australian dollars with GST included. A booking system, a dealer management system connection, a large parts import and courier connections are quoted before work starts.
Every inclusion is on our eCommerce pricing page.
Which package suits a dealership with units, parts and a workshop?
Usually Standard or Premium, because a dealership needs pages beyond the shop for servicing, finance, trade-ins and its location. Basic's six pages are fixed as home, about, contact, shop, cart and checkout. Standard has 10 website pages and adds filters and categories, customer accounts, PDF invoices, advanced shipping rules and keyword research with on-page SEO; Premium has 20 and adds CRM integration, live product search, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay, order tracking and AI search optimisation (GEO).
Can new and used units be listed without a buy button?
Yes. Each unit can be listed with photos, specifications and the price you set, finishing with an enquiry form instead of a cart, so the buyer's question arrives with the unit it is about. Used units can show year, hours or kilometres and condition, and be marked sold or taken down as they go.
How do trade-in and finance enquiries work?
Through enquiry forms that send the details to your team. A trade-in form collects the make, model, year, hours and condition, with photos, so you can value it; the website gives no valuations. A finance enquiry passes the buyer's details and the unit they want to you or your finance provider, and the site quotes no rates, repayments or approvals.
Finance wording on the website comes from you and your provider; we do not give finance advice.
Can riders buy parts and riding gear online while units stay enquiry-only?
Yes. Parts, accessories and riding gear sell through the WooCommerce shop, with card and PayPal payments in every package, while units keep their enquiry forms. Parts can list the makes, models and years they fit, filterable with Standard, and helmets, boots and gloves sell in sizes with a size chart.
How do we ship bulky accessories, batteries and small parts?
Through shipping rules agreed at scoping. Every package includes flat-rate or free shipping, and Standard adds rules by weight, location and cart value, so a roof or tray is charged differently from a spark plug, with pickup from the dealership beside delivery. Carriers set their own rules for batteries and aerosols, so which services those products may use is agreed with you; live courier rates are a quoted add-on.
How does servicing fit on a dealer website?
As service pages with a clear way to book or call. A service enquiry form works on any package, an online booking system with time slots is scoped separately (see booking website design), and service kits, filters and oils can sell in the parts shop.
Will our dealership show up when people search for quads and side-by-sides nearby?
It can, but no one can promise a position. Standard and Premium include keyword and category research and on-page work, so unit, brand and parts pages use the words buyers search with, and your location and service area appear on the site. Premium adds AI search optimisation (GEO); ongoing work after launch is our SEO service.
How soon could our dealership website be live?
A basic store usually takes two to three weeks. Unit listings, service and finance pages, a large parts range or a booking system add time, and we agree the schedule with the scope and price before work starts.
Can our staff add new units and mark used ones sold?
Yes. You receive the administrator login and own the website, so staff can add units, change prices, mark used units sold and process parts orders, with one-to-one training in Standard and Premium. Our maintenance packages and managed WordPress hosting cover updates, backups and security if you would rather hand them over.
