Beautiful eCommerce sites start with the photos.

A beautiful online store is mostly consistent photography, restrained typography, honest colour and room to breathe, delivered quickly on a phone. DIGITALON designs custom WooCommerce stores with that visual discipline from Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast.

Beauty is mostly consistency.

The stores people call beautiful rarely rely on effects. They share a few disciplines: every product photographed the same way, a small set of fonts used at a clear scale, a colour palette that comes from the brand and the products, and space around each element so the eye knows where to go. Remove any one of those and even an expensive design starts to look busy.

We design the visual system first and apply it everywhere: home page, categories, product pages, cart and checkout. Your brand sets the tone, the products set the colour, and the layout gives them room. Then we check that the result stays fast and readable on a phone, because a beautiful page that takes too long to appear is not beautiful to the person waiting for it.

What makes an eCommerce site beautiful.

Five visual disciplines, and how we apply each one to a WooCommerce store without slowing it down.

Consistent product photography

The same background, light, angle and crop across the range does more for a store than any design flourish. We give you simple photo guidelines, and royalty-free stock images are included where they genuinely suit a page.

Typography with a clear scale

One or two typefaces used at a small set of sizes, so headings, prices and body text are instantly distinguishable and comfortable to read on a phone.

Colour from the brand and the products

Brand colours for actions and accents, neutral grounds that let product colours stay true, and enough contrast that text remains readable outdoors.

White space that guides the eye

Room around products and between sections tells shoppers what matters on each page. Crowded layouts look cheaper and are harder to use on small screens.

Beauty that loads quickly

Large images are compressed automatically and served in modern formats, and motion is used sparingly, so a visually rich store still appears quickly over mobile data.

eCommerce packages, every one custom designed.

All three are designed for your brand and products; the packages differ in pages and shopping features, not in design care.

Hosting, your domain, your payment provider’s transaction fees and ongoing maintenance are separate. The page counts are website pages, not a product limit: catalogue size, product imports, migrations and custom integrations are agreed and quoted before work starts. Compare every inclusion and the optional features on eCommerce pricing, or see website design packages if you do not need a shop.

Your store, your hosting, your login.

Every DIGITALON store is a custom WordPress and WooCommerce build. WooCommerce is free and open source, takes no commission on your sales and runs on hosting you choose, with the administrator login yours from day one.

The shop and the pages that bring shoppers to it live in one WordPress site, edited the same way. You can run it yourself, or hand the updates to the team that built it.

01

No platform commission

Your payment provider charges its transaction fee. WooCommerce itself takes no percentage of your sales and has no monthly platform fee.

02

Hosting you choose

Keep your own host, or use our managed WordPress hosting, sized for the catalogue and the traffic you expect.

03

Care after launch

Our maintenance packages cover plugin and WooCommerce updates, backups, security checks and support.

04

One Australian team

The people who scope, design and build the store are the people who answer your questions, from Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast.

From brief to first order.

A basic store usually takes two to three weeks. Extra features and integrations add time, and we tell you how much before we begin.

Step 01

Scope and price

We agree the pages, catalogue, features and search work, then confirm the package, any extras and the payment stages in writing.

Step 02

Design

You see the design and sign it off before the build starts, while changing a layout is still quick.

Step 03

Build and test

Products, payments, shipping and tax are set up in WooCommerce, then tested with real orders on a phone and a desktop.

Step 04

Launch and hand over

We go live and hand over your administrator login. Standard and Premium include one-to-one training on your own store.

Online stores we have built.

These are stores and online sales sites our team designed and built. They show completed work, not a promise of the same result for every business.

I was very impressed as they were very responsive and helpful as I was a newbie. Good communication with Sabrina who took the time to explain all the process and gave some tips.

Questions about beautiful eCommerce sites.

Photography, brand, speed, consistency, price, timing and keeping the look.

Ask us about your store
How much does a beautifully designed online store cost?

A custom WooCommerce store costs $4,990 for Basic (6 pages), $5,990 for Standard (10 pages) or $7,990 for Premium (20 pages), as a one-off build price that includes the design. Product imports and custom features are quoted before work starts.

Every inclusion is on our eCommerce pricing page.

Do your store design prices include GST?

Yes. The $4,990, $5,990 and $7,990 build prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, which appears on your invoice.

Do we need professional product photos?

Not always; consistency matters more than equipment. Many stores photograph their own range with a simple, repeatable setup. We provide photo guidelines, and royalty-free stock images are included where they suit pages other than your products.

Can a beautiful store still be fast?

Yes, when the visuals are built with restraint. Product photos are compressed automatically and served as WebP or AVIF, motion is kept light, and hosting sized for your traffic keeps pages quick; see our managed WordPress hosting.

Will the design match our existing brand?

Yes. The store is designed around the brand you already have: your logo, colours and tone carry through the home page, product pages, cart and checkout, so the shop feels like the rest of your business.

Which package suits a design-focused brand?

Standard suits most: ten pages, product categories and filters, customer accounts and keyword research with on-page SEO. Premium adds a blog for content-led brands, a mega menu, live product search, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay, and AI search optimisation (GEO). Basic suits a small range.

How do product pages stay consistent as the range grows?

Through one designed product layout that every product uses, so new items inherit it automatically. Photos shot to the same guidelines and descriptions written to a simple pattern keep the range looking even as it grows.

When would a newly designed store be ready?

A basic store usually takes two to three weeks. The design is agreed first, and your photos, content, feedback and any extra features set the rest of the schedule, which we confirm with the scope and price.

Can our team keep the store looking good after launch?

Yes. You own the store and receive the administrator login, Standard and Premium include one-to-one training, and the photo and content guidelines help new products match. Our maintenance packages cover updates, backups and security.

Let's make your store look its best.

Send us a few products, your logo and the stores whose look you admire. DIGITALON's in-house team at Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast will propose a visual direction, recommend the package that fits and confirm a fixed price before design starts, for businesses across Australia.
