Is there a freight or remote loading on top of the advertised price?
No. Everything we do is delivered online, so there is no travel, freight or remote surcharge. A Darwin business pays the same published price as one down the road from our Wurtulla desk.
Which package suits a Top End business with a few service lines?
If home, about, services and contact pages cover it, Essentials is enough. Most businesses with several service lines or a defined service area across the Territory land on Standard, which adds keyword research and on-page SEO. Premium suits a business that keeps publishing, and adds AI search optimisation and training.
Can the site handle a business that is flat out in the dry and quiet in the wet?
Yes, and we plan for it. Seasonal hours, lead times, closures and current availability go into sections you can edit from the admin without touching the design, so the site tells the truth in November as well as in July.
Can we sell online from Darwin as well?
Yes. Our eCommerce builds run on WooCommerce and start at $4,990 for a six-page store, $5,990 for ten pages and $7,990 for twenty.

How long will the build take from the day we sign off?
Most sites reach a first version in one to three weeks from project start. After that the pace depends on how quickly feedback comes back. Three rounds of revisions on structure and content are included.
We have not written any page copy yet — is that a problem?
No, it is the usual starting point. We send a content outline explaining what each page needs, and use placeholder text and images until yours arrive, so design work never sits idle waiting on copy.
Will the site load properly for customers in remote communities?
That is part of how we build. Pages are kept light, images are compressed and sized for mobile, and the important details — what you do, where you go, how to reach you — appear near the top rather than behind a heavy slider, so the page is usable on a slow or patchy connection.
Does the build include work on Darwin search results?
Standard and Premium include keyword research and on-page SEO, so the site is built to compete for the terms Territory customers actually type. Nobody can promise a position on Google. If you want continuing work on rankings after launch, that is our ongoing SEO service, which is separate from the build.
Do your advertised prices include GST?
