Dental website design. A clearer path to your practice.
Dental website design with clear treatment information, welcoming team profiles and straightforward appointment options. Built by DIGITALON for practices across Australia.
A website your dental team can use.
We build the site around your treatment range and reception workflow. The proposal identifies the pages, editing needs and any booking connections, with custom development and third-party subscriptions scoped separately.
01A clear treatment page structure
We can group related treatments under a simple services menu, then link to individual pages where fuller explanations are useful. A practice offering a small service range may need fewer pages than one with several clinical disciplines. The aim is to give each page a clear purpose, rather than create a separate page for every variation of a phrase.
02Booking that follows your workflow
A supported link or booking embed can take patients into the appointment system you already use. We review the available appointment categories, location selection and phone experience before agreeing the connection. If patients need reception to arrange a particular appointment, the website should direct them there instead of suggesting that every service is available to book online.
03Patient information you can maintain
WordPress gives your nominated team members a way to update agreed content such as opening hours, biographies and first-visit information. We plan recurring details so they are straightforward to maintain. Treatment descriptions still need your clinical approval, while changes to page design or booking functionality can be assessed as separate work.
04Readable pages on smaller screens
Treatment explanations, practice details and appointment controls need to remain usable on a phone. We consider heading structure, text size, contrast, labelled forms and keyboard access as part of the design. Important patient information should be available as readable page content, with downloads used where they have a practical purpose. Formal accessibility assessment can be scoped if required.

Useful dental practice websites bring together information about treatment, people and the visit itself. Each should lead naturally to a relevant contact or booking option.
Treatments explained clearly
Give your main services enough space to explain what your practice offers and how a patient can ask about it. Use patient-friendly headings alongside accurate treatment names. Keep the content specific to your services, with clinical descriptions approved by your practitioners and a clear next step for discussing individual needs.
A welcoming first-visit guide
Explain how to make an initial appointment, what information your practice asks patients to bring and whom to contact with questions. Include confirmed parking and access details where helpful. For someone unfamiliar with the practice, a straightforward guide and photographs of the actual reception area can make the visit easier to picture.
The people behind the practice
Introduce your dentists and relevant team members with current photographs, approved biographies and qualifications. Explain which location they work from where you have several practices. Use your team's own words to describe their approach, without promising a particular treatment result or assuming every patient will have the same experience.
The right appointment option
Place your telephone number and booking action where patients need them, including on treatment and location pages. Distinguish online appointments from callback requests. If your practice has a separate route for urgent enquiries or new patients, use the instructions your team supplies and make clear when that route is monitored.

Dental website design questions.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗How should we organise a large range of dental treatments?
Start with the services your practice currently provides and the questions patients ask about them. Related treatments can sit under a shared overview, with individual pages for subjects needing more explanation. Your clinical lead helps define sensible groupings. This gives the navigation a useful structure and makes the required page count clearer.
What can the website include for nervous first-time patients?
Show the real practice, introduce the team and explain what the first visit involves using wording you approve. Provide a clear way to discuss concerns with reception before booking. The website can describe your approach and available arrangements without promising that treatment will be painless or that everyone will feel the same way.
Can urgent dental enquiries have a separate contact route?
Yes, when your practice supplies the contact process and availability it wants published. We can distinguish that route from routine online bookings and ordinary enquiries. A general contact form should not suggest an immediate response unless your team has explicitly confirmed that service. Your practitioners approve any associated patient instructions.
Will our existing appointment software work with the new website?
That depends on the supplier's supported website options. We check how new and existing patients select appointments, whether the correct location is carried through, and what happens after submission. A booking link may be sufficient; an embed or custom connection needs its own assessment. Software subscription fees are separate unless the proposal expressly includes them.
Can we show treatment fees and payment options?
You can supply approved information about fees and payment arrangements for the site. Explain any conditions and whether an amount is indicative or confirmed, using wording your practice has reviewed. Keep a named owner for updates, and provide a contact route for individual questions. We present your information; your team determines its accuracy and suitability.
What happens to our existing treatment pages during a redesign?
We review which pages remain useful, which need clinical updates and which will change address. The migration plan can preserve existing URLs or redirect replaced pages to a relevant destination. Supply access to the current website and domain arrangements early. We also include booking routes and important downloads in the checks; rankings are not guaranteed.
Can reception update the site after launch?
Your nominated staff can edit agreed WordPress content, such as holiday hours and team details. Decide which changes reception can publish and which need practitioner approval. Discuss any handover or training needs in the scope. Website maintenance and hosting are separate services if you want DIGITALON to help with ongoing technical upkeep.
Which package fits our dental practice?
A concise site can fit Essentials' 5 pages; separate treatment, team and location pages may suit Standard's 10 or Premium's 20. Standard adds SEO setup, while Premium also adds GEO setup. Bring your treatment list and booking requirements to the pricing enquiry so we can discuss fit. Ongoing SEO and additional integrations are scoped separately.
