A selection of our website design work.
Build around projects, process and practical enquiries.
Combine thoughtful project presentation with clear services and an easy enquiry path. The website gives prospective clients space to explore your work and understand how you approach a brief.
01A project library with context
Structured project pages can combine approved images, location or project type, credits and a concise description of the completed work. Categories help people browse relevant examples without flattening every project into the same gallery. Image rights and factual descriptions remain the practice's responsibility.
02Services linked to the process
A clear services structure can explain the stages you actually undertake, from an initial discussion through design or project delivery. The site can show where a client should start and what information is useful. It should not promise approvals, build costs, timelines or outcomes.
03Images that work on every screen
We can plan image crops, captions, alt text and a manageable gallery workflow around your existing project material. Large drawings, video, interactive plans or protected client resources may need a separate approach so the site remains fast, understandable and practical to maintain.
04Editable work and people pages
Nominated staff can update agreed WordPress project, team and service content after handover. A larger portfolio may need categories, moderation or a careful migration plan. More complex filtering, member access and third-party project systems are optional scope items rather than assumed inclusions.

Real estate agent website design should bring together active listings, suburb knowledge, appraisal enquiries and the agent profiles behind the business. Make inspection details, property search tools and contact methods easy to use on a phone. Listing feeds, sold-property pages and vendor resources need a clear update process so old information does not remain visible after a campaign changes.
A realistic project shortlist
Choose the completed projects you have permission to show and group them by a useful audience-led category. Gather final images, project facts, collaborator credits and a short approved description. Do not use early concepts, unapproved photography or third-party imagery as though it proves a completed commission.
A clear service and location map
Confirm the services, project types, geographic areas and team roles you actively want to promote. Explain the first conversation and any useful preparation without publishing a generic promise about approval, cost or construction timing. The site should guide enquiries to the appropriate office or contact route.
Image ownership and editorial review
Record who supplied each image, whether you can publish it and how the project should be credited. Decide who approves captions, drawings and case-study language. Consistent, factual project notes are more useful than unsupported claims about awards, scale or the commercial effect of a design.
A maintainable publishing process
Nominate the staff member who will add new projects, keep people pages current and remove information when permissions change. If your current portfolio is large, agree a migration shortlist first. Complex filtering, gated documents and external project systems require a separate scope and technical review.

Real estate agent website design questions.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗How many projects should be shown at launch?
Start with a concise set that represents the work you are permitted to publish and can describe accurately. A smaller, well-organised collection is often more useful than every historical image. You can add more projects after launch through an agreed WordPress workflow, provided the imagery and project information have been approved.
Can the site show drawings and detailed images?
Yes, where they help the story and you have permission to publish them. We can plan sensible crops, captions and downloadable material. Very large files, interactive plans, video and private documents need their own performance and access considerations. The aim is usable project information rather than a gallery that is difficult to navigate.
Can you move our existing portfolio?
We can assess the current project pages, image rights, categories and URLs before agreeing a migration approach. Retain the examples that remain accurate and useful; consolidate or redirect pages that no longer fit. Search positions, historical links and the result of previous content are not guaranteed.
Will we be able to add new projects?
Yes, nominated staff can maintain agreed WordPress project content after handover. Set a simple process for selecting images, approving credits and writing factual descriptions. If you need complex filters, many contributors or a connection to another project system, we can assess that as additional scoped work.
Which package may suit a design practice?
The useful page count depends on the number of services, people, locations and launch projects. Current tiers allow 5, 10 or 20 pages; Standard includes SEO setup and Premium includes GEO setup. A larger portfolio, custom filtering, integrations and ongoing SEO are separately scoped.
Can a website promise project outcomes?
No. Your site can show approved completed work and describe your published process, but it should not guarantee planning approval, construction costs, a completion date or a particular commercial result. Keep project descriptions factual and make clear that each commission has its own scope and conditions.
What should a realtor include on a property inspection page?
Show the inspection date and time, property address, key listing details and the contact person for questions. Include the agency's approved registration or application link where relevant. Keep each inspection page connected to the current listing so visitors are not sent to a property that is no longer available.
Can we start with the main pages and add more later?
Yes. Agree the essential page list first, then identify the content you would like to add later. We plan the navigation so the initial site is useful on its own. Additional page design, specialist functionality and third-party connections are quoted to their scope when you are ready to proceed.
