A selection of our website design work.
Make a portfolio useful for a real decision.
Make projects easy to browse and give each one useful context. Strong imagery, clear categories and a straightforward enquiry path help visitors explore your work and discuss their own brief.
01Projects given useful context
A portfolio can pair selected images with a short factual note about the service, project type, role or outcome you are permitted to describe. Categories help visitors browse. The goal is to make each example understandable, not to display every image or overstate what a past project proves.
02Case studies that stay accurate
A consistent case-study structure can cover the brief, approved scope, contribution and final work without revealing private client detail. Metrics, testimonials and customer names need permission and context. Avoid turning a one-off result into a promise of the same commercial, design or delivery outcome.
03An enquiry path beside the proof
Project pages can lead visitors to a clear contact or brief-request action, with fields suited to the work you accept. A form should start a conversation, not confirm a project, fee, availability or creative direction. Calendar and proposal tools are optional, separately scoped additions.
04A library your team can curate
Nominated staff can add approved project entries, images and captions through an agreed WordPress workflow. Plan image permissions, project credits and removal of outdated material. Complex filters, client logins, downloads, galleries and external portfolio platforms need distinct technical and operating scope.

Website design for graphic designers should present project categories, selected case-study context and commissioning enquiries in a way that reflects the work. Group projects by the type of design problem, identify the contribution accurately and show how a client can prepare a brief with audience, format and deadline details.
Permissioned selected work
Choose projects, images, customer quotes and data you are entitled to show, then record the right name, credits and context. A concise collection is often enough at launch. Do not use confidential, unfinished or unapproved work, or describe a contribution more broadly than it actually was.
Factual case-study source material
Gather the approved brief, your role, project scope, images and any customer-approved observations for each example. Decide what claims require evidence or legal review. Keep outcomes specific and contextual; a case study should not guarantee that another client will receive the same result, timing or return.
Image quality, access and credits
Prepare web-ready images and captions, along with photographer, collaborator or client credits where required. Choose who approves future additions and removes material when permission changes. Private client galleries, original-file downloads and high-volume media need a separate platform, access and storage decision.
The desired enquiry from each project
Decide what a visitor should do after seeing the work: contact you, request a quote, send a brief or explore a service page. Keep the requested fields proportionate. A portfolio enquiry is not a confirmed project, fee, scope or available production date until your team responds.

Questions about website design for graphic designers.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗How many projects should a portfolio website include?
Start with a selected group that represents the work you want to attract and can explain accurately. Each item needs permission, useful imagery and factual context. You can add more after launch through an agreed editing process. Quality, relevance and currency matter more than an arbitrary project count.
Can we include client names and results?
Yes, where the client has approved publication and the claim is accurate in context. Use a clear attribution and avoid revealing confidential information. A past result can illustrate that project, but should not be presented as a guaranteed result for every customer, campaign, design or engagement.
Can clients upload a brief through the portfolio?
A short brief-request form can collect the information your team needs to begin a conversation. Decide which fields are essential and who receives it. Document uploads, customer logins, project portals and automated proposals are separate workflow features that need their own data, provider and support review.
Can we have a private project gallery?
It may be possible, but access permissions, expiry, file storage, client support and the provider need to be planned. A private gallery is different from a public portfolio. We can assess suitable options once you define what clients need to view, download, approve or share.
Can our team add projects later?
Yes, nominated staff can maintain agreed WordPress portfolio content after handover. Set a simple review for image permission, factual copy and credits before publishing. Large project libraries, contributor workflows, filters and external gallery connections need separate scope and ongoing ownership.
Will a portfolio page guarantee new work?
No. A well-organised portfolio can help visitors understand the work and find the right contact path, but new projects depend on many factors. Standard packages include SEO setup and Premium includes GEO setup; ongoing SEO is separate. We do not promise rankings, enquiries, conversions or revenue.
What makes a graphic design case study useful?
A case study should state the project type, the designer’s contribution, the intended audience and approved final visuals. Keep the description factual and concise, then link to a commissioning enquiry that asks a prospective client about their project format and priorities.
Can we start with the main pages and add more later?
Yes. Agree the essential page list first, then identify the content you would like to add later. We plan the navigation so the initial site is useful on its own. Additional page design, specialist functionality and third-party connections are quoted to their scope when you are ready to proceed.
