Our website design and development project for DIGITALON AI, the sister brand that brings artificial intelligence to Australian businesses. DIGITALON designed and built the complete site, from the DIGITALON AI brand and visual system through to a page for every AI service and use case and a blog of more than 350 articles.

As the AI side of the business grew, it needed a home of its own. The brief was a separate website with its own name and look: one that explains AI agents, chatbots, AI receptionists and private AI to Australian business owners in plain English, keeps the AI work clearly apart from DIGITALON’s websites, and turns interest into booked strategy calls.

We gave DIGITALON AI a dark, technology-led look of its own: deep navy sections, the DIGITALON AI wordmark, orange calls to action and imagery of AI and robotics, with light sections between for longer reading. Each service page opens with a headline that cycles through the industries or uses the service is built for, then answers the questions a buyer asks first: what it does, how it fits into the business and where the data is kept.

The site includes service pages for AI agents, AI chatbots, the AI receptionist, private AI, AI workflow automation and AI for eCommerce, landing pages for industries such as construction and accounting firms, a phone number visitors can ring to talk to the AI receptionist themselves, a Schedule a Call enquiry form, online meeting booking through the DIGITALON client portal, and a blog of more than 350 articles on putting AI to work in business.

DIGITALON AI runs on WordPress with Elementor and is hosted in Australia, fitting a brand whose private AI keeps client data onshore. We focused on fast load times, a fully responsive layout across desktop, tablet and mobile, reusable service and landing page templates so new AI services can be added quickly, secure forms over SSL, and clean semantic markup for search engines.

The site was planned around the searches Australian businesses make about AI, with a page for each service, use and industry, keyword-led titles and headings, a clean URL structure and internal links from the menus and home page into every service. When the AI pages moved over from digitalon.com.au, every old address was permanently redirected to its new page, so visitors and search engines went straight to the new site, and the blog keeps adding fresh content for search engines to index.
