A selection of our website design work.
Explain the service without overstepping its purpose.
Explain your approach, introduce your practitioners and make the first enquiry straightforward. The page structure follows your services, locations and the questions people ask before contacting the practice.
01Plain-language service pathways
Structure services around the reasons people contact your practice, then use practitioner-approved content to explain the published offer. Clear navigation can separate appointments, referrals and general enquiries without turning broad web copy into health advice or an assessment of a visitor's circumstances.
02Practitioner profiles that stay current
Profiles can show roles, approved qualifications, areas of practice and locations in a consistent format. Where a team has different specialties or availability, structured content helps visitors find the appropriate person without implying every practitioner provides every service.
03Links to existing care tools
A supported booking or referral tool can be linked or embedded after its patient journey has been checked. If a provider needs clinical review before an appointment, the website should explain that process. Portal, payment or intake integrations are optional additions assessed against the relevant provider.
04Readable support information
Use clear headings, useful labels, accessible contrast and mobile-friendly contact details for long explanatory pages. Easy Read versions, translations, formal accessibility review and downloadable resources can be planned where useful, rather than treated as automatic features on every project.

View the full portfolio ↗What visitors need before contacting a practitioner.
Psychologist website design should introduce the practitioners, consultation format, practice locations and the way people can make an appointment enquiry. Describe areas of focus only where the practice has approved that wording, and keep biographies current. Clear information about fees, referrals or telehealth can sit on dedicated pages when the clinic wants to publish it.
The scope of your published services
List the services, practitioner roles, client groups and locations you want to describe. Decide which information is useful before an enquiry and which belongs in a consultation. Practitioners should approve all clinical, therapeutic or wellbeing wording so a page does not make a general claim that exceeds their actual service.
A suitable first contact
Set out whether people should book, request a call, contact a referrer or phone the practice. Explain what happens after an enquiry using your confirmed process. If a form is used, ask only for information your team genuinely needs at that stage and make clear it is not a clinical consultation.
Team information and availability
Prepare biographies, qualifications, practice locations, accessibility information and current availability statements that the team has approved. Confirm which details change often and who owns those updates. Avoid publishing broad availability or wait-time promises unless the practice has an established, sustainable way to keep them accurate.
Systems and safeguards to review
Identify booking, referral, video-consultation or intake services already in use. Their supported website options, permissions, data handling and subscription costs should be checked before a connection is promised. A direct link to an existing approved service may be the correct solution for a first release.

Psychologist website design questions.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗Can the website explain therapy or allied-health services?
Yes, using content your practitioners approve. A site can explain the services offered, who they are intended for in general terms and how to make an enquiry. It should not diagnose a visitor, recommend a particular treatment or guarantee a therapeutic outcome. Individual guidance remains with the practitioner.
Can people book an appointment online?
That depends on your existing appointment workflow. We can review a supported booking link or embed, including practitioner selection and location choices. If your team needs to confirm suitability, referral details or availability first, the site can direct people to the appropriate enquiry or phone path instead.
Can we include online forms?
A general enquiry form can collect the basic details your team needs to respond. Intake questionnaires, document upload and health information involve a different level of system and handling review. Tell us what is required, who needs access and where information should go before any more complex workflow is scoped.
Can we make the site more accessible?
The design can use practical foundations such as readable hierarchy, labelled controls, descriptive links and strong contrast. If you need Easy Read content, translated pages, formal testing or a particular standard assessed, identify that early so the content, design and review work can be scoped appropriately.
Is SEO included for therapy pages?
The current Standard website package includes SEO setup and Premium includes GEO setup, alongside the agreed on-page foundations. Ongoing SEO, extensive content production and specialist review are separate services. We can plan pages around genuine visitor questions, but cannot promise rankings, referrals or enquiry volumes.
Who can update the site after launch?
Your nominated team can update agreed WordPress content such as biographies, hours and published services. Decide which changes need practitioner approval and who holds that responsibility. Hosting and technical maintenance are separate services if you want ongoing assistance beyond the build and agreed handover.
How can a psychology practice make its first-contact process clearer?
Explain whether people should call reception, use an enquiry form or ask their referrer to contact the practice. Let visitors know what basic details the team needs to arrange an appointment. A short process page reduces uncertainty while leaving personal circumstances and care discussions to the psychologist directly.
Can we start with the main pages and add more later?
Yes. Agree the essential page list first, then identify the content you would like to add later. We plan the navigation so the initial site is useful on its own. Additional page design, specialist functionality and third-party connections are quoted to their scope when you are ready to proceed.
