A selection of our website design work.
Make menus, events and contact details easy to use.
Present your menu, venue and visitor information with photography that feels like your business. Keep opening hours, location details and relevant booking or ordering options easy to find.
01Menus and venue information
A clear site can show current menus, opening hours, location, access and the atmosphere your venue wants to communicate. Choose whether a menu works best as readable page content, a maintained PDF or a link to an existing ordering tool. Keep dietary and price information under venue review.
02Bookings that match the floor plan
An existing reservation provider may be linked or embedded after the customer journey is checked. If your venue handles group bookings, functions or walk-ins differently, the site can direct people to the right route. Booking capacity, deposits and availability are never assumed package features.
03Events and seasonal updates
A simple editable events area can help publish approved sessions, special menus or opening changes. Assign someone to remove expired material. Ticketing, calendars, payments and recurring event integrations are optional additions assessed against the provider and the venue's actual operating process.
04Images with practical captions
Use approved food, interior, team and event imagery that reflects the current venue. Captions and alt text can make the material more useful across devices. Avoid images or descriptions that imply an item, event, price or experience is permanently available when it changes regularly.

Restaurant website design should keep menus, opening hours, dietary information, reservations and directions easy to find before a diner arrives. Separate lunch, dinner, drinks and functions where the venue offers them, and use current food photography. The team needs a simple way to update specials, holiday hours and booking links when the service schedule changes.
Current menu and venue details
Prepare the menus, opening hours, address, access details and contact routes you want to publish. Decide who updates seasonal dishes, prices, allergy statements and public-holiday hours. The website should reflect your current offer, not make broad dietary, availability or service promises that your venue cannot maintain.
Reservations, groups and functions
Map the right next step for an ordinary table, a large group, a private event or a catering enquiry. Explain what is confirmed only after your team responds. If deposits, terms, ticketing or payments are involved, confirm the provider and workflow before that functionality is included.
Approved venue imagery
Gather photos that represent the current food, space and experience, with permission from photographers and people shown. Choose factual captions and avoid presenting styled shoots as a standard customer outcome. A smaller, current collection is usually more useful than a large gallery with outdated menus or fit-out.
Event publishing ownership
Nominate who will publish, update and remove events, special hours and offers. A simple WordPress workflow can work well for regular changes. Automated calendars, table availability, delivery platforms and ordering systems require separate provider, data, staff training and ongoing-maintenance checks.

Restaurant website design questions.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗Can we show our menu online?
Yes. We can help choose a readable page, maintained PDF or existing ordering-platform link depending on how often your menu changes. Your venue supplies and reviews dish, price, allergen and availability information. Keep a named owner so the published menu does not become different from the current in-venue offer.
Can guests book a table from the site?
Possibly, through a reservation provider that suits your venue. We can review a supported link or embed and distinguish ordinary tables from group or function enquiries. Capacity, deposits, waiting lists and booking confirmation belong to the provider and your operating process; they are not automatically part of a website package.
Can the site take food orders?
Online ordering can be considered where an existing platform, payment process and fulfilment workflow are clear. Some venues only need a menu and phone link. Ordering, delivery, payment processing and third-party subscriptions are scoped separately after the practical customer journey and provider requirements have been reviewed.
Can we promote events and special menus?
Yes, with an editable event or update area if you have someone to keep it current. Publish approved dates, conditions and booking routes, then remove expired content. Ticketing, paid reservations and calendar integrations require their own supplier and workflow assessment rather than being assumed from a general events page.
Will the site guarantee more bookings?
No. The design can make it easier for people to find your menu, venue details and chosen booking path, but bookings depend on many factors. Standard packages include SEO setup and Premium includes GEO setup; ongoing SEO is separate. We do not guarantee rankings, walk-ins, bookings or sales.
What should we provide for a venue website?
Bring current menus, hours, address and access details, booking or ordering links, approved images, event information and your preferred contact process. Note what changes often and who owns those updates. This lets the page plan distinguish the essentials from optional reservation, ordering or event functionality.
How can a restaurant keep seasonal menus readable on phones?
Publish menus as mobile-friendly web pages rather than relying only on a large PDF. Group dishes with clear headings, note dietary information the restaurant has approved and include the date or season where useful. The kitchen or manager should have a straightforward process for replacing items when the menu changes.
Can we start with the main pages and add more later?
Yes. Agree the essential page list first, then identify the content you would like to add later. We plan the navigation so the initial site is useful on its own. Additional page design, specialist functionality and third-party connections are quoted to their scope when you are ready to proceed.
