A selection of our website design work.
Build around the real participation journey.
Make programs, sessions, facilities and club information easy to explore. Clear participation details and contact options help newcomers find a suitable starting point.
01Programs and sessions people can scan
Classes, teams, memberships and activities can be grouped by age, level, location or season. Clear summaries help people decide where to start. Your organisation approves eligibility, safety information and session details; the site should not imply every program has vacancies or suits every participant.
02Optional booking and membership paths
Existing booking, registration or membership systems can be linked after the participant journey is reviewed. A club may only need an enquiry route for some programs. Payments, waivers, accounts, recurring memberships and roster integrations are optional scoped additions, not automatic site features.
03Events, fixtures and changing information
An editable news or events area can publish approved training dates, fixtures and seasonal changes when someone owns the updates. Live scores, registrations and external calendars rely on providers and staff process. Expired information should be removed rather than accumulating across seasons.
04People and place information
Coach profiles, venues, access details and contact information can help new participants feel prepared. Use current, approved qualifications and real imagery. The content should not present an instructor's profile as a guarantee of safety, fitness outcome, team selection or a particular sporting result.

Personal trainer website design should help people compare training styles, session formats and the coaches available to them. Include trainer profiles, service areas, group or one-to-one options, class times and a clear consultation route. Gather progress images and testimonials that the business is entitled to publish, then caption them accurately.
Programs and participation rules
Confirm the programs, age groups, locations, seasons, requirements and contacts you want to publish. Clearly separate general information from actual registration or selection. Coaches and organisers approve safety, qualification and eligibility wording. Do not promise places, results or availability that depend on capacity or assessment.
Membership, booking and payment process
Map whether people register, enquire, trial, book, join a membership provider or pay through another system. Explain the genuine next step. Waivers, payments, recurring fees and participant records belong to the chosen provider and operating process, and need separate review before integration.
Calendars and event ownership
Choose who will update sessions, cancellations, fixtures, camps and special events. Simple editable pages can be reliable for a modest program. Live calendars, availability feeds, score tools and complex registrations need supplier capability, permissions and maintenance responsibilities confirmed before they are added.
Approved imagery and profiles
Gather images, coach biographies and testimonials you have permission to publish, especially where children or community participants appear. Keep captions factual and current. Avoid presenting imagery, fitness change or competition achievements as a standard result for every member or participant.

Personal trainer website design questions.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗Can people book classes or sessions online?
Possibly, if your existing provider supports the program types and confirmation process you need. We can assess a link or embed. Some sessions require eligibility, capacity or staff approval first, so the website should distinguish an enquiry or trial request from a confirmed place.
Can the website sell memberships?
Membership sales can be separately scoped when the payment, renewal, waiver, member access and support process are clear. A club may instead link to its current registration system. Accounts, recurring billing and third-party subscriptions are not assumed inclusions of a general information website.
Can we publish fixtures or event dates?
Yes, when there is a practical owner for updates and expired dates are removed. A simple event list may suit a club. Live fixtures, registrations, scores and calendar connections need their provider options and ongoing maintenance assessed before relying on them as public information.
Can we promise fitness outcomes?
No. The website can describe approved programs, coaches and the participation process, but should not guarantee a physical result, team selection, injury outcome or competition performance. Participants need the information your organisation has approved, with individual suitability considered through the appropriate real-world process.
Can coaches update the site?
Nominated staff can update agreed WordPress content such as program information, events, biographies and venue details. Decide what needs an organiser's review before publication. Maintenance and technical support can be arranged separately if you need continuing assistance and routine platform help after handover.
What affects a sports website quote?
The number of programs, venues, teams, events, people and optional member systems determines scope. Current core tiers are 5, 10 and 20 pages, with SEO setup from Standard and GEO setup from Premium. Booking, memberships, payments and ongoing SEO are separately scoped.
How should a personal trainer website handle before-and-after photos?
Use only images and statements the client has approved for publication. A short caption can identify the type of program or training goal and the date or context the client has agreed to share. Keep the gallery separate from booking information so it supports the page without distracting from the next step.
Can we start with the main pages and add more later?
Yes. Agree the essential page list first, then identify the content you would like to add later. We plan the navigation so the initial site is useful on its own. Additional page design, specialist functionality and third-party connections are quoted to their scope when you are ready to proceed.
