Websites for tradies. Make it easy to ask about a job.
Websites for tradies that show your services, work and service areas, with clear call and quote options. Built by DIGITALON for Australian trade businesses.

Real websites. Designed by DIGITALON.
Website features that fit a working trade business.
We match the page structure and features to your package. Booking tools, uploads and connections to other systems need their own agreed scope.
01Service pages with room to explain
Give your main services a clear place in the navigation, with relevant work examples and an enquiry action close by. We can plan separate residential and commercial sections where the work differs. The page list is agreed before the build, so useful service detail fits within your chosen package or a quoted extension.
02Calls and enquiries on a phone
Keep phone links, form labels and the main service information easy to find on a small screen. Customers should be able to read the options and contact you without opening several menus. Clear form instructions and a submission message explain what happens next, including who will review the request.
03Photos organised around your services
Group job images in a way that helps customers compare relevant work. Standard includes an image gallery with categories; Premium adds a self-editable portfolio or blog. We agree the structure around the material you have, including captions and image selection, so the site can grow without turning the homepage into an endless photo feed.
04Connections to your job system
If you already use job management or customer management software, tell us how a new enquiry should reach the team. We check what the system supports before quoting a connection. Field mapping, account access and any subscription charges need to be settled first; a basic contact form does not automatically include a custom integration.
A website with more
than good looks.
Design gets their attention. Clear information and an easy next step help them decide what to do with it.
Built to be found
A clear page structure, relevant content and a sound WordPress foundation. SEO setup starts with Standard, shaped around the services your customers search for.
Ready for the next search
GEO setup is included with Premium. Clear answers and structured information help search and AI tools understand your business, without promising a ranking or recommendation.
A clear next step
Calls, enquiry forms and supported booking connections belong where people need them. We plan each journey around the action your business wants a visitor to take.

Give people enough detail to recognise a suitable service and send an enquiry your team can act on.
The jobs you take on
Separate services that customers understand, such as repairs, installations and renovation work. Explain who each service is for and any limits that affect whether you can help. A property manager arranging ongoing maintenance needs different information from a homeowner requesting a single repair. Clear examples help both find the right starting point.
Where and when you work
State your normal service area and explain how you handle jobs farther away. Include your contact hours and any callout arrangements you want customers to know before enquiring. Emergency or after-hours wording should reflect the service you actually provide, so a prominent phone button does not create the wrong expectation about availability.
Work customers can recognise
Use real job photos with short captions explaining the work, your role and the type of property. Before-and-after pictures can be useful when the change is easy to see. Include customer-approved feedback and current business credentials where relevant. A recognisable repair or installation often answers a question that a generic picture of tools cannot.
A practical quote request
Start with the job type, suburb, a short description and a way to contact the customer. Ask for preferred timing when it helps you assess the work. Explain whether the next step is a callback, more information or a site visit. A submitted enquiry should not read as a confirmed booking or a final price.

Questions about websites for tradies.
A few things to consider before planning your new website.
Let’s talk ↗Which website package suits a trade business?
Essentials has 5 pages, Standard has 10 and Premium has 20. Start by listing your main services and the pages customers need before asking for a quote. A business with several distinct services may need more room than a five-page introduction. Compare that page list and the required features with the packages before choosing.
Should every service and suburb have its own page?
A service deserves a separate page when it needs its own explanation, examples or enquiry route. Location pages are useful when you have specific information to share about working there. For a compact service area, one clear coverage page may be enough. We avoid repeating the same paragraph across a long list of suburbs.
Can customers book while I am out on a job?
They can send an enquiry for you to review. Confirmed online bookings need a separate setup that reflects your appointment lengths, travel time and availability. If every job needs assessment first, a quote request may suit you better. We discuss the workflow and any booking software costs before including it in the build.
What do you need from me to get started?
Bring your service list, normal coverage area, contact details and a selection of job photos you have permission to use. Include the business credentials and customer feedback you want displayed. Short notes about the jobs you prefer and questions customers often ask are useful too. You approve the final service descriptions and business claims.
Can you rebuild my existing trade website?
Yes. We review its useful pages, service information and enquiry routes before planning the replacement. Tell us which pages customers already use and who manages your domain, hosting and email. Existing URLs and any necessary redirects belong in the migration plan. Search visibility can change after a rebuild, so we cannot promise unchanged rankings.
Is SEO included in a tradie website package?
SEO setup starts with Standard, and Premium adds GEO setup for AI search. For your trade business, the service descriptions and genuine coverage area help define what the pages should address. Ongoing SEO is separately scoped. A website build does not guarantee a particular ranking, an AI recommendation or a number of enquiries.
Can I change services and job photos myself?
WordPress gives you access to edit your website. We identify the content areas you will maintain and explain their use at handover. For regular project publishing, discuss the portfolio included in Premium. If you prefer DIGITALON to make later changes, agree the work through a maintenance plan or a separate support quote.
What changes the quote and the ongoing cost?
The page count, content preparation and requested features shape the build scope. Photo uploads, booking rules and job system integrations can add work beyond a standard package. Hosting, website maintenance, ongoing SEO and external software subscriptions are separate unless your quote includes them. Use the package pricing request to see the current offer, then discuss any extras.
